🏡✨ IF BUYING A HOME IS ON YOUR 2027 VISION BOARD, THIS IS YOUR SIGN! 👀👇🏽

Let’s turn that vision into a PLAN! 🗝️🔑

You don’t have to have everything figured out today, but you do need to start preparing.

Here are 4 things you can do NOW to get closer to becoming a homeowner in 2027:

🏡 1. Check your credit. Know where you stand and what you may need to improve.

💰 2. Start saving. Even if it’s a little at a time, every dollar counts.

📋 3. Explore down payment assistance. Depending on your eligibility, you may qualify for programs that help make homeownership more affordable.

🤝 4. Connect with a Realtor early. You don’t have to wait until you’re ready to buy to start planning!

And listen… 👏🏽 DON’T COUNT YOURSELF OUT BEFORE YOU KNOW YOUR OPTIONS!

Your current situation does not have to determine your future. Let’s create a strategy that puts you in a position to buy!

📍 Buying in Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, Winter Haven, or the surrounding Florida areas? I’m here to help you get started!

📲 DM me the word “VISION” and let’s talk about your homeownership goals for 2027!

Save this post and send it to someone who needs to see it! 🏡❤️

I checked out the hype and was not disappointed! @chezluicafe checked off everything that makes a perfect coffee date 🙂 The ambiance was 10/10, the staff was so kind and friendly. The main event the “coffee,” I’m not kidding but I haven’t had a coffee this good in such a long time it was indeed a 20/10. Thank you @iamjuniorbenjamin and congratulations again and I plan on stopping by again. #coffee #blackbusinessowner #datevibes #fypppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp by @itssslisaaaaa

🚩 RED FLAG vs. ✅ GREEN FLAG: FINANCE EDITION 💰🏡

Getting approved for a home is one thing… being financially ready for homeownership is another.

🚩 Shopping before knowing your real budget
🚩 Making big purchases while under contract
🚩 Draining your savings just to get the keys
🚩 Focusing only on what the lender says you can afford

✅ Getting pre-approved before house hunting
✅ Keeping your credit and finances stable
✅ Budgeting for the mortgage, taxes, insurance AND maintenance
✅ Choosing a payment that still allows you to LIVE after closing

Remember: The goal isn’t to become house-rich and cash-poor. 🔑 #realestate #realtor #homes #closing #sold by @itssslisaaaaa

Client expectations: “Waterfront, fully renovated, under budget, no HOA, top schools.”

Reality: “So… fixer-upper with potential?” 😂🏡🧽
