Hey guys, did y'all catch me on the news yesterday? I shared my thoughts on the current market and the increase in rental home communities.

Although apartment rentals are a bit cheaper, currently a 3 bed/2 bath rental home rents out on average $2,300 in Forney, $2,500 in Dallas, & Ft Worth, and $2,700 in Frisco just to name a few. There is BIG money being made with rental home communities.

Can you tell I was a teacher?🤪

Yesterday I got to bring my assistant with me to my vendor event at my sons daycare! We had a blast chatting with all the families and giveaway prizes, treats, and @dunkin and @cookiesociety giftcards!

They support me so much and I'm so grateful. Love that I get to bring my baby into my business any chance I get. She is the best helper!
