As I sit here, I think about what truly motivates me. To be honest…it’s instilled in me to want to continue to grow and push myself to my limits. And This. This right here is what is at the center of my heart. The gym is my second home and it’s been for a whole decade and some. I will never not stop. I’m still out 3 weeks and a half before my final pull at 350lbs and I got to say: I am super proud of myself. I have already exceeded my original goal at 300 and set a new one for 350. Even if I don’t make it by the 31st to do the last pull I’ve already won in my eyes. I did attempt one pull at 345 and I struggled a bit but regardless it went up. So here’s a little bit of how progress has been since my last post. ☺️ by @itsstefbitchh

I set a goal for myself this year to be able to lift 300LBS by the end of this year. I have been putting in the work tirelessly, day in and out. Training 6 days a week. After work , exhausted from a 8 hr long work day because well, the bills never stop. This has been me fighting my demons day after day and showing up for myself doing the thing I love most. It’s been about 10 years that I have been in and out of weight training but one thing i did was, i never stopped. Even at my heaviest I showed for myself and kept going. I’ve slowly been going up in weight as the months passed. Kept raising the bar for myself and telling myself you can do it. You are strong. So here is me sharing my little victory of finally hitting 300lbs before the year ends. 🥳 gonna set a new goal to reach by December. 350 ? 🤝 by @itsstefbitchh

So the sweetest gift came from a special friend today. Earlier this week I posted a picture of me and my baby Loki on how much I miss him 🥺. It’s been hard adjusting to not having him around 28/9 like I used to. So whenever I got home from work today I received a package in the mail and i literally held back tears as best I could 😭. Thank you again, I love you 🫶🏽🥹💕 by @itsstefbitchh
