Season ’26, you were a season not to forget. 🤍
Keeping this short and sweet won’t be easy, this year has been anything but. I completed my third and final year of a degree that tested me in every way, whilst still wanting so much for myself within this sport.
The verse I was reminded of by the Lord this year was Isaiah 40:31: “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.”
To those who supported me when I genuinely felt like I couldn’t go on any longer, and reminded me that I am NOT a quitter — thank you. 🤍
❣️ British Champion + European Standard
❣️ Commonwealth 200m Finalist
❣️ 6th in Europe in the 200m + European Champion in the 4x100m with the best team
❣️ Diamond League Finalist
❣️ World Ultimate Championships — 12th in the world + 3rd in the mixed relay
And all of that alongside completing a degree that demanded 2,300+ hours of clinical placement, delivering 40 births, and everything else that came with it.
I’m stubborn, I have high expectations of myself, and dissatisfied may sometimes be the word. But above all of that, I’m accomplished & I’m proud of myself.
Because my God does not fail. Ever. 🤍
Season ’26, thank you. ❣️ by @itssuccessx

A little more to say on the season as a whole, but for now… a few more babies to deliver before off-season is truly OFF 🍼😘 by @itssuccessx

6th in Europe ⭐️
Something to be proud of.
I’m proud of the girl that was told she could never juggle becoming a midwife and perform at a high level.
I’m proud of the girl that kept going when she was told “you may crash and burn”.
I’m proud of the girl that despite going through a season of grief she never gave up.
Thankful for the team that has held me together in the inbetween.
And with just three weeks left of a degree that many thought was impossible, I’m reminded that with God, all things are possible.
I’ve never felt such deep love by so many people. Relays tomorrow, see ya soon! 💃🏽 taken in Alexander Stadium by @itssuccessx

Commonwealth Games Finalist ❤️

Very easy to be disappointed when I’m a perfectionist… but I’m also just a girl 🥹
Love to my team for getting me here 💋💋
BUT… now it’s all eyes on the European Championships — on home soil 🇬🇧✨ by @itssuccessx
