✨ And this is 29. 🥹

Today I’m feeling incredibly grateful, happy, and at peace. Somehow, I’ve reached a point in my life where I feel more confident than ever before, and I can honestly say that I’m living a life I once only dreamed about.

Moving to a completely different country and continent gave me experiences I could have never imagined. I became a wife, found friendships that I know will last a lifetime, learned so much about myself, and get to call one of the most vibrant cities in the world my home. Every day teaches me something new.

Of course, life isn’t always as perfect as it may look on Instagram. There are difficult days, lonely moments, and times when I deeply miss having my family close by. But despite all of that, I never take this life for granted.

29 years have already passed. Sometimes it feels like the blink of an eye, and sometimes it feels like my whole life is still ahead of me. I’m still learning, growing, making mistakes, and finding my way—and I hope that never stops.

Most of all, I want to say thank you. To my amazing husband, my wonderful family, and all the people in my life who make me feel loved, supported, and appreciated every single day. And thank you to everyone who came yesterday to celebrate mine and Ashfaq’s birthday and made it more special than I could have wished for. ❤️

I have no idea what this next chapter will bring, but I know it will be full of surprises, lessons, adventures, and memories. 😍🫶🏻

P.S. When I blew out my candle yesterday, my thoughts weren’t on myself. They were with Iran and its people. I thought about the countless young people my age who simply dream of having the freedom to celebrate their lives, make their own choices, and live without fear. My birthday wish was for freedom for Iran, and for the pain and suffering of my people to finally come to an end. 💚🤍❤️ #birthday #dubai taken in Dubai - دبى by @itstanin

Our hearts are aching in a way words can barely carry. Every minute, every breath, our thoughts are with Iran.

We wake up and go to sleep not knowing who in our family is still alive. No calls. No messages. No voices. Just silence — and fear. That kind of silence breaks a person in ways nothing else can.

What we are witnessing is brutality beyond comprehension. Massacres. Executions. Children, women, young souls taken by a regime that has long abandoned humanity. The pain, the grief, the helplessness — it cannot be put into words.

I wish we lived in a world where humanity mattered more than politics. Where human lives weighed more than agendas, power, and negotiations. Where suffering wasn’t something people could scroll past.

Please — I beg everyone reading this: do not look away. Silence is not neutrality. Silence is permission. Be on the right side of history.

Speak up. Even if you have only 50 followers. Your voice matters. Awareness saves lives. History is watching us in real time.

If we look away now, future generations will ask where our humanity was — and we will have no answer.

Women are fierce. They are powerful. No matter what language they speak, how they dress or the work they choose to do. What matters is they have a choice, and the freedom to carve out a life for themselves. As long as we know women, who are strong and resilient, we must respect them, carry them forward, lift them up. For they are the product of all our other selves, the women we were, the ones we strive to be, the collective struggle of our mothers, our sisters, our daughters. Our salvation will only come if we stand together.
