Sunday Scaries? Never heard of her. 🍓

The Knightdale Farmers Market has become my favorite Sunday reset: fresh produce, local vendors, a beer from Oak City Brewing in hand, and one of the best ways to start the week off right. Mark your calendar though, it only runs the second Sunday of the month through October, so you’ll want to catch it while you can.

Tonight it was Unhinged Coffee & Co in downtown Knightdale with the Cousins Maine Lobster food truck parked right out front.

Lobster rolls, a coffee shop patio, and a Knightdale Station crowd all doing the same easy Sunday. No reservations, no plans, just walk to downtown Knightdale and see what’s happening.

This is the kind of Sunday you get when you live in Knightdale. Downtown Knightdale keeps adding these small local moments, food trucks at Unhinged, neighbors from Knightdale Station, a walkable downtown that actually has something going on. It’s a big reason people move here and never look back.

They found their dream home in Raleigh, North Carolina without ever stepping foot inside it 🤍

When this family first reached out to me to buy a home in Raleigh, NC from South Florida, they couldn’t fly up to tour a single house. So I became their eyes and ears, walking through homes with my phone and a whole lot of trust built over 10 years of friendship.

We zeroed in on North Raleigh, close to great schools and everyday conveniences their family needed. After touring 3 homes together virtually, we found the one with the big backyard and the quiet neighborhood they’d been dreaming of, the kind made for a 90s childhood.
