I freaking see you in that because I was there for so long.

This is why.

& this is exactly the work I do with my clients.

If you’re ready to actually change the patterns you already understand, my 1:1 space is open.

A little reset to stop your scroll & get you into your body

You can’t numb, avoid or distract your way into the life that you’re craving.

Doing the inner work is hard - but I promise you, it’s so much harder in the long run to live a life that doesn’t feel like YOURS. One where you’re always on auto-pilot, feeling disconnected from yourself and the people around you. A life where you’re constantly abandoning yourself as you feel the layers of shame and resentment pile up.

If you’re ready to choose the hard that means living a more fulfilling, connected, love and joy-filled life on the other side, I’m ready to guide you to it.

DM me GAP to set up a free connection call 🦋

A looong but overdue update!

The last month and a half has been such a whirlwind. From leaving for Costa Rica, having experiences there that are still hard to put words to, to coming home and needing to find a new space, to betting on myself and this vision that I have for the future and what I want to create.

I’ve barely been showing up on socials because SO much of what I’ve been up to has been dealing with this and now furnishing the space as I’m only a few weeks away from move in, while still tending deeply to my 1:1 clients.

But I want to be sharing everything that I’m doing and bringing you on the journey because I want you to be a part of it! Moving in silence while trying to build a community feels really counter productive 😆 and now that the news is out, I’m SO excited to share everything I’m working on!

If you listened to the whole video, thank you (for your long attention span) and also for being here and providing your support. I can’t wait for what’s to come, and I hope you’re excited too 🫶🏻

Breathwork session in the salt cave tomorrow at 6:30 PM

When is the last time you took a night to do something for yourself? Life gets busy, there’s always a million and one things on the to do list and somehow taking care of yourself is never on it.

Let’s change that tomorrow night 👀

I’m hosting a guided breathwork journey in the salt cave. You’ll be guided through different breath patterns: one to clear out stored stress and another to help regulate and ground your nervous system, all while breathing in the salty air.

Link in bio to grab your spot, I hope to see you there.

When I pivoted from financial coaching into functional nutrition I was terrified of what people would think, that I’d be seen as a failure. Even though I was terrified, the shift felt right in my body and so I did it anyways.

When I said yes to attending my first retreat in Aruba, I was initially excited. As the days got closer, that turned into massive amounts of fear. Everything in my mind was telling me not to go, it’s easier to stay home, we shouldn’t invest in ourselves in this way. But something in me told me this was going to change me in unimaginable ways, and so I went. It turned out to be one of the biggest catalysts for my healing.

When I shifted into nervous system and somatic work, I feared letting down everyone that I had helped as a functional nutritionist. But I had built enough of a relationship with my fears to know this was more in-line with my purpose and where my heart was calling, so I said goodbye to that much loved part of my work.

When I was thinking about going to this last retreat in Costa Rica, everything in me wanted to contract. I knew immediately that that contraction was a fear of the success and power I would find on the other side, and so I said yes.

All of this has led me to my most authentic, expressed and connected version of me yet. Time and time again, I’ve experienced the way leaning into my fears has changed me, my life and my business.

It’s so easy to villainize our fears, but when you learn to use them as a guide, you can recognize and have gratitude that they’re really just showing you the way into deeper connection and purpose.

Okay but actually where did August go 🥲

Half of me isn’t ready to let go of summer and the other half of me is already in Fall/cozy season mode. There is a real internal battle happening right now 😫

This was a month of deepening into expansion, nurturing my inner child and trying to soak up all the last days that summer has to offer.

There is something so incredibly inspiring about regulated, sovereign women who know their power and aren’t afraid to own it & that’s exactly what this world needs

If this sounds like you, welcome! I’m Taylor 👋🏻 somatic and embodiment coach for chronically self-aware, high-achieving women. My page is a place for women who are stick of living in their heads and are ready to finally show up as the woman they know they can be. This means not just talking in loops, but actually connecting into your body and your true self.

No more holding yourself back, shrinking or playing small. Are you in?

A common trap we get stuck in: that we have to optimize ourselves in order to start fully living.

I’m here to call BS on that.

Living our lives IS how we heal. We can gather awareness, tools and deep knowledge about ourselves and our nervous systems, but we need to actually put all of that to practice in real-life experiences.

It’s practicing setting firmer boundaries, using your voice, letting yourself be vulnerable with someone, getting triggered by things and seeing how you respond.

The tools and awareness mean nothing if we’re not actively putting them to use.

This is why I’ve intentionally created The Gap with a balance of both.

We begin by laying the foundation of connecting to your body, of quieting the noise so you can actually tune into how you’re feeling. Starting to build your capacity and self-trust so you have a solid foundation that allows us to go deeper.

We then dive into your patterns and protective parts, working through situations and being able to really go inward, sit with those parts and feel what’s present. We continue building your capacity to stay present with yourself and create enough internal safety that you can feel your emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them.

So that in-between sessions, when you’re experiencing real life, you have a foundation to anchor in to as you practice showing up in new ways.

If you’re curious about working this way and if it’s for you, I’d love to schedule a connection call. DM me Pattern or head to the link in my bio to book 🦋
