These old growth forests always feel so surreal. Photos truly never do justice to how it feels standing in them 💚

True love for the outdoors requires us to stop romanticizing nature on our weekends while bankrolling its destruction on our weekdays. If we want to save our forests, oceans, and climate, we have to start cutting off the money supply to the world's worst ecological offenders.

Buy local, buy sustainable. Research the companies you support.

We often move through the world as if nature exists for our benefit alone. But the truth is, we are not separate from the natural world—we are part of it.

The forests, rivers, mountains, and animals are not resources waiting to be used. They are fellow inhabitants of this planet, each with their own place, purpose, and right to exist. We breathe the same air, depend on the same water, and are connected through the same living systems.

Nature is not here for us. It is here with us.

When we begin to see ourselves as participants rather than owners, our relationship with the world changes. We become better stewards, better neighbors, and more aware of the delicate web of life that sustains us all.

May we learn to live with the earth, not above it. 🌿🐾

I can't help it 🙆 I love them so much

There's only about 30% of wild bird species left on this earth. The remaining 70% percentage is dominated by birds raised for slaughter.
