Every party has that one cowboy who finds the best seat, says very little, and still catches a few eyes from across the room. 🤠

I’m not antisocial—I’m just letting the hat get your attention, the smile hold it, and the sleeves give you something worth staring at. If you get caught looking twice, just blame the cowboy. 😉

Friday morning update: Bigfoot saw me, the coffee found me, and now I’m off to train heavy legs—because apparently 700-pound leg presses still count as “warming up.” ☕️

Some people ease into the weekend. I make questionable decisions under several hundred pounds of steel, then spend the next two days lowering myself into chairs like it’s an Olympic event.

Coffee first. Bad decisions involving heavy objects shortly thereafter.

Hope everybody slides smoothly into the weekend. I’ll probably be waddling.

Out here with a little Western attitude — where the deer judge your pose, the elk ignore you, and the bears remind you who’s really in charge. Fitness, Western lifestyle, outdoor, and commercial work — built around a life that feels authentic.

Built in the gym. At home in the saddle. 🤠

Strength means more when you put it to work doing what you love. A little time with this riding partner, a saddle over my shoulder, and a good reason to stay strong.

A little muscle. A little dust. Just enough trouble. 😉

Just some classic bodybuilding photos. A pair of dumbbells, a good pump, and putting in the work. 💪

You usually see the finished look on this page—here’s a little of the work behind it. Bodybuilding is a big part of my life, and I enjoy bringing that strength and energy in front of the camera.

The gym builds more than muscle—it builds confidence, focus, and an appreciation for what your body can do. All of that comes with me to a shoot.

Still building—and enjoying every rep.

The horse and I are starting the day with slightly different goals.

Mine: be patient, be kind, work around whatever obstacles show up, and keep making progress toward the things that matter to me. The horse’s: eat breakfast, wander wherever the mood leads, and check whether I have any more treats.

I’m trying to enjoy this quiet moment before my plans get rearranged. Judging by the photo, the horse has already taken charge of the lead rope—and the camera.

One of us is pretty sure they’re the best-looking one in the photo. I’ll let you be the judge. 😉🐴☀️

Apparently carrying a saddle across a dusty field brings out my serious side. The look wasn’t planned—I was just ready to get the tack on and ride. 🤠

Give me a few minutes in the saddle and I promise I’m more approachable than this photo suggests. Though you may have to come say hello to find out. 😉

Sometimes you clean up, put on a fitted black shirt, and realize the gym may have actually read the assignment. 💪

No special occasion — just feeling strong, grateful, and pretty damn good. The shirt is doing its best. The sleeves have officially filed a complaint.

Would you train with me? Fair warning: I take leg day seriously — but I promise to be mostly charming about it. 😂

Sometimes the best look is the simplest one.

@platinijeans with brown stitching for that touch of afternoon elegance, paired with a classic, understated, and comfortable @adidascombatsports Performance shirt. Add a favorite Mexico cap and a little Colorado attitude. 🇲🇽

Casual elegance meets combat-ready style. 💪

Today was a good day. Not because anything extraordinary happened, but because for a little while, life felt simple—a truck, a rope in my hands, and a reminder that sometimes the best way forward is to slow down and reconnect with the person you’ve worked hard to become.

Discipline doesn’t age—it gets stronger. 💪

Every workout is another opportunity to become stronger, sharper, and better than yesterday. The years don’t define what we’re capable of—the work does.

And yes, I’d train with someone who’s serious about getting bigger and willing to put in the work. The right training partner doesn’t just keep up—they push you to train harder, grow stronger, get bigger, and raise your motivation, too.

Think you could keep up? I dare you.😉

A little cowboy grit, a little Colorado charm, and just enough of a smile to make it look like I have a plan. I don’t—but the hat from @greeleyhatworks is confident, the @wrangler jacket is warm, and together they’re doing an impressive amount of damage control. Some days call for a serious cowboy stare. Today called for sitting down, looking approachable, and pretending I didn’t spend ten minutes deciding what to do with my hands.
