It all started with a decision…and that decision changed my life forever. If you’re thinking of cutting alcohol out of your life, do it. Only good things will come of it!

I can’t believe how much can change in just a few years.

For most of my life, I struggled with food, fitness, alcohol, and faith. I chased fad diets and binged, was inconsistent with working out, drank nearly every weekend just to escape, and my heart was very far from Jesus.

But everything changed at the end of 2023. I looked in the mirror with uncontrollable tears and asked myself, “When did you stop having your own back?” That’s when I remembered God created me for a purpose and in His image, which means my life has intrinsic worth.

Once I understood that, things slowly began to fall into place. I started to fuel my mind and body with nutritious whole foods, workout consistently, eliminate alcohol, and most importantly, truly know Jesus. “Jesus Saves” wasn’t just an empty phrase to me anymore. It became real when He pulled me out of the gutter in my lowest moments.

Follow along if any of this resonated. I truly hope to help as many people as I can make positive changes in their lives, because I know what it’s like to feel lost, stuck, and in the dark. by @itsveroverified

Non-GMO blue corn tortillas, grass-fed, grass-finished meats, wild-caught seafood, organic & locally sourced ingredients, and no seed oils…Talk nice!!! I really appreciate restaurants that care about the quality of food they’re selling.

This place gets it! And best of all, everything tastes great 🤤

Check out @pichudomexicangrillsd if you’re in San Diego! 🌮

Go get yourself a @carnivoreishh bowl next time you’re in Brickell 🤤

The bowl is packed with ribeye shawarma, beef kebab, chicken shawarma + lemon tahini & mango aioli, caramelized onions, fermented red cabbage, Mediterranean pickles, and plantains 🔥

And for dessert they have the best ice cream on the market that is sweetened only with raw honey! @icecreamforbears

Absolutely delicious! @happeas is definitely #veroverified✅
