75 days later… ✅

11 pounds down. Stronger, more confident and proud of the person I’ve become along the way.

This challenge pushed me outside my comfort zone, challenged me mentally just as much as physically and taught me what happens when you show up for yourself every single day.

The biggest transformation wasn’t just the one you can see. It was realizing what I’m capable of when I commit to myself.

This challenge may be over, but these habits are here to stay.

I never thought this would be part of my story.
But it is - and God’s hand has been all over it.

From diagnosis to healing, He walked with me through it all.

I was diagnosed with stage 1 melanoma skin cancer.
Until it happened, I never even thought to look for signs.

Thanks to God’s grace and a successful surgery, I can now say I’m cancer free.🎗️

This experience made me slow down, re-evaluate my priorities and start treating my health like the gift it truly is.

I’ve learned that healing is more than recovery - it’s alignment.
With God. With your body. With peace.

This testimony isn’t just mine.
It’s a reminder to anyone who’s been ignoring that quiet nudge to take better care of themselves.

I don’t share this lightly - but I do share it with purpose.
My hope is that this encourages someone to slow down, pay attention and not brush off the signs.

We only get one body. Take care of it - you never know what that one decision could save you from.
