Huge congratulations to @johntlapa on his Best Practical Effects nomination at @vancouverhorrorshow! 🏆🪰

John designed, printed, and hand painted 3 different versions of our fly, creating a truly unique and emotive character.

And a huge congrats to @vielis.design, the other crucial half of our practical effects team. She created body parts, giant bars of soap, take-out pasta, and so much more!

We can’t say enough about John, Vielis, and the rest of the art team who brought this film to life. This one was such a blast to make, and we’re so proud to be a team that keeps creating with practical effects!

A huge congratulations to the immaculate Deepti Menon on her Best Lead Performance nomination @vancouverhorrorshow!!! 🏆🪰

@menon.deepti brings a soulful, nuanced, comedic, and tragic tone to her gut-wrenching performance as Tina in 'Tina and the Fly.'

She's been a creative partner on so many of our projects over the years, and we couldn’t be more grateful. She trusts our vision, and we trust her completely to understand our characters and bring them to life. 🖤

So it’s no wonder VHS recognized the talent we’ve been seeing for years. We couldn’t be happier for her!🎉
