My home birth story — raw, real and unapologetic. A reminder of what our bodies already know, and what is learned when surrendering to the moment that changes you forever.

Forever thankful for the women who held space with so much love @lbreggy @thevitalwoman @carlymatsik thank you for your wisdom, guidance and friendship.

To my incredible husband, my anchor in every wave. Thank you for holding my hand, steadying my breath, and reminding me I was safe when my body went somewhere deeper than words.

Last few days of summer and already feeling nostalgic about how quickly it all went.

This summer felt slow in the best possible way and yet looking back (feels like an impossible task to post everything right now) with Julien days away from taking his first steps I’m reminded just how fast these seasons of life really are. taken in Six Senses Ibiza by @itswyomi

9 months in 9 months out — somehow, both feel like a lifetime and just yesterday.

I read a quote a while back saying when you become a mother you meet time. It’s the most gut wrenchingly beautiful thing I’ve ever read.

Julien, thank you for this crazy beautiful adventure you’ve blessed me with. Happy 9 months Bubbyyyy 🤍 by @itswyomi

Some people’s love feels like stepping into a scene from one of your favorite romance films, the kind you wish you could pause and live inside a little longer.

This weekend was one of those rare moments where you look around and feel the magic of two people bringing everyone they love together. So grateful to have witnessed a love like this, to celebrate something so beautiful, and to have met the most incredible souls because of it.
