📖 In the beginning of my life I was raised in a Catholic family with very strict religious practices that I had a hard time bringing into my modern life, when those practices became too much I left them in search of truth.

The one thing I learned in 10 years of running away from God is that He’s always there in your life whether you invite him in or shun him away. He’s awaiting you, with a grace and forgiveness no human can fathom or understand. This year I learned that no matter the practice, no matter the misnomers or false beliefs of who He is, God’s love is eternal and is the only love in my life that has been consistent, forgiving, gracious and fulfilling. ❤️ taken in Cathedral of Faith by @itsyaboycarr

A year ago this week it was a normal day in the life. I was outside selling mixtapes in Hayward at my favorite Chevron. As I was wrapping up to go to work I figured why not try one last sale. That’s when you pulled up. Beautiful smile, a warm demeanor, and an attitude as wild as mine 🤣

Through our love together I’ve found faith, resilience, commitment and hope. A woman deserving of all the love the world has to offer. My forever Valentine ❤️ by @itsyaboycarr
