I choose God and His son Jesus 🙏🏽 #Sunday #church #fashion #love #grace by @itsyandy_

There’s so much that goes into trying to improve yourself….both mentally and physically. It’s true, nothing in this life comes easy but Lord please help me stay consistent. Week 1 Down.

Thank you for helping me tilt my crown because sometimes I get caught up in the noise of it all and forget that I’m #her

I don’t know what has shifted in me, but I’m more committed to becoming the best version of myself than ever before. I’m prioritizing my physical health by getting back in the gym and eating better. I’m taking care of my mental health by finally reaching out to a therapist. I’m investing in my skin, my hair, and my overall well-being. But more importantly, I’m protecting my peace.

This season of my life is about healing, growth, self-love, and choosing ME. Not because I have something to prove to anyone, but because I deserve to feel good, look good, and be at peace with myself. ❤️

I love this life I get to live. I’ve had some lows, but I’ve also experienced some incredible highs and felt a love that could only be written in the stars. As I enter my birthday month and prepare to step into the next decade of my life, my heart is full of gratitude, and I’m genuinely excited for all that’s still to come. ✨🤍

As this week comes to an end, I’ve been reflecting on life a little differently. I’m realizing that life can still be beautiful, even in some of our darkest moments. Sometimes you just have to look a little harder to find the beauty in it.

Find the light, even when things feel heavy. Find your purpose, even when you feel a little lost. Find at least one thing to be grateful for, even on the days when gratitude doesn’t come easily.

And most importantly, remind yourself that you matter. You are loved. You are worthy of good things. Life is still beautiful, and so are you.

And yes… you’re still hot AF. 😂❤️✨
