Chapter 40. 🤍✨

Forty years of life. Forty years of memories, lessons, love, loss, mistakes, growth, and everything in between. What a beautiful, unpredictable journey it’s been.

The older I get, the more I realize that time is truly our greatest gift. Life moves so quickly, and somewhere between all the moments we wish would last forever and the ones we thought we’d never get through, we grow, we change, and we become.

I’ve lived, I’ve loved, I’ve fallen, I’ve gotten back up, and I’m still discovering who I am. And the beautiful thing about turning 40? Realizing that life is really just getting started. There is still so much to see, so much to learn, so much love to give, and so many versions of myself I have yet to meet.

Here’s to living more intentionally, choosing happiness unapologetically, collecting moments over things, and never losing that curiosity for life. Alhamdulillah for another year, another chapter, and the privilege of growing older. ❤️

And a little piece of my heart today belongs to my dad. As grateful and fortunate as I feel to reach this milestone, it saddens me to know he never had the chance to see 40. It’s a reminder that growing older is a privilege not everyone is given. Though his time here was short, his love and legacy live on through us every single day. A part of him will always be a part of me. 🤍

Here’s to 40. Not the beginning of the end, but the beginning of so much more. 🥂✨

Some losses don’t break you—they build you. They awaken a boldness you didn’t know you had, fuel your determination to return, and deepen your hunger to grow.

Here’s to more fuel, more clarity, and an even stronger commitment to leveling up—mentally and physically.

She’s hungry. 🖤🔥

Adversity has a funny way of introducing you to the version of yourself you haven’t met yet. 🖤🔥

The one who thinks stronger 🧠, pushes harder 💪🏼, and refuses to accept limits as boundaries. 🚧

Be better.
Do better. #
Outgrow the limits.
Break the boundaries. ⛓️‍💥
Then raise the damn bar. 📈🔥

First day of 8th grade ⏮️ first day of Pre-K3🥹❤️

Somehow, in the blink of an eye, my little boy grew into this incredible young man. I swear I just dropped that tiny baby off at Pre-K yesterday. 😭

One last first day before high school, and this mama heart is feeling ALL of it. So proud of you, Tyler. Go make 8th grade yours. ❤️📚

Time, please slow down just a little. 🥹

Happy 13th Birthday to my one and only. 🤍

It saddens me how fast time has gone. I wish someone would have warned me just how quickly it all passes by. One minute you’re little enough to hold in my arms, and somehow now you’re becoming your own person — with your own dreams, goals, personality, and way of seeing the world. While a part of me wishes I could slow time down, another part of me is so proud and excited to watch you grow into exactly who you’re meant to be.

If there’s one thing I hope I get right in this life, it’s being your mom. I hope I can always show up for you — guide you the best way I can so that one day, when I’m no longer here to guide you, you’ll continue to grow into the kind, strong, and good human being I already see you becoming.

I want to show up for you on the hard days when you need it most, and even on the days when I’m annoying you by asking for “just one more picture.” I want to show up to tell you I love you a million times a day, and in all the quiet, silent ways too.

You make me so incredibly proud. Thank you for showing me what unconditional love truly is. Thank you for helping me grow, for making me want to be better, and for bringing out the best of me. And thank you for also teaching me what patience should be… because somehow you also have the ability to bring out the worst in me — like when you decide to cook a 5-course meal on the highest flame possible, leave the entire house smelling like a frying pan, pots and dishes dirty and have me walking around smelling like I just stepped out of a gourmet Spanish kitchen. 😒

I love you to the moon and back, a million times over — in this lifetime and beyond. Happy birthday, smooch 💋

Back-to-back 2nd place in the Greater Middlesex Conference 🥈

Through every challenge, you showed up, worked hard, and left it all on the mat. I’ve watched your discipline, your grit, and your heart grow, and I couldn’t be prouder.

My greatest goal will always be to be the best mom I can be and your #1 fan—loud, proud, and always in your corner.

So proud to call you my son.

Love you always, Mum 🤍

I hold space for both the color and the black-and-white moments. They shaped my vision.

Perspective shifts with the season… and this one feels gently brighter. 🤍 by @itsyanni.b

And just like that, the 2025 football season comes to an end 🏈

You showed up. You worked. You went ALL IN—through practices and game days, freezing cold, blazing heat, rain or shine. Endless hours of film, sweat, and heart poured into this game.

Hitting the road to Nationals after a successful season, bringing home the @bigtristateyouth 12U Championship 🏆🔥—five years of youth football led you to a national field, lining up against the BEST of the best in the country 🇺🇸💪🏼. And you met the moment with grit, determination, and fearless energy.

With one more year of youth football ahead, your passion for this game is louder than ever. You make me unbelievably proud, and I couldn’t ask for a better little human to call my son 🖤

Keep showing up.
Keep grinding.
Keep giving it everything you’ve got 💯🔥

I’ll always be on that sideline—your #1 fan, win or lose 📣🖤.

I love you, bud 🤍🏈
Always, Mum 🫶🏼✨
