Treasured Heart Is Rewarding To Years Forfeited In Victorious Era

Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.
By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea:
Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; being girded with power:
Which stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.
They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.
Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.
Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof.
Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.
They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side.
The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.

I looked out for my mum's voicenote like she would either do or call in.

So fortunately she called in the last time, but my sisters have sang her favorite birthday song that she sings to everyone of us to me this morning and I'm happy to hear from them.

For my Dad, you need to call him to remind him it's your birthday, but he would always remember that he has many of his children in the month of August .
Never a coincidence that you both final burial made it for August 🥰
A month that brings joy and fades every other thing away.

I'm happy to be born in August and be celebrating today. Oluwa e se 🙇‍♀️

A celebration of two beautiful lives🤍🕊️ Few days ago, we celebrated the love, memories, and legacy of our beloved Mum and Dad. Though our hearts are heavy, we are grateful for the lives they lived, the love they gave, and the people they touched.
Mum, Dad..we hope you’re looking down with proud hearts. We did our best, and we sure made you proud. ❤️

Grandma!

It's still like a dream. A dream never to wake up from. I feel empty, hoping to be filled some day.
We made jest of you when you said there was still a pain somewhere. We always make jest of your little pain at all times because they eventually leave without hassle cos you always only want to hear your children's voices. This time around your children's voices and presence weren't enough to let you stay. Not even the attempts at the hospital. Neither did you request for plenty days.
But you left those voices you're always eager to hear and went down 6ft when your husband became 5 months below the ground. A coincidence it's! But a huge grieving coincidence...
At the hour of your demise. God's eyes were filled with love and it was overwhelming, pouring down as rain.
Oh! It rained without prior signs for hours. It's our consolation that we mourn greatly not as those without hope, but like those whose hope will never be disappointed, knowing that devout men are taken away, while no one understands.
For the righteous man is taken away from evil. And precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His godly ones.

I would always say when Nehemiah ascribed God as a great and terrible God due to His awesomeness. My mother was fashioned in that personality. For we all carry the personality of God in one form or the other.
A strong and a rare gem. A fighter and a warrior. Iya ibeji.
