Yesterday, Acce10x Connect Academy Empowered Over 100 NYSC Members with Remote Customer Support Skills!
📍 Benin City Window on America | July 16, 2025

Yesterday was impactful!

I had the privilege of leading a powerful session where we trained over 100 NYSC members in Edo State on how to leverage soft tech skills to access remote customer support jobs with U.S.-based companies.

As the world embraces remote work and freelancing, it’s crucial our youths are not left behind. We equipped them with practical strategies to thrive in the global digital economy, right from Nigeria.

This success wouldn’t have been possible without the strong support of our amazing partners:
🤝 Game4Empowerment USA
🤝 NYSC Edo State
🤝 Edo State Government

A heartfelt thank you to the Benin City Window on America and the U.S. Consulate for hosting and backing this initiative.

At Acce10x, we believe that your location should never limit your success, it should launch it.

We look forward to doing even more across other states!

To the Nigerian youth, this is not the time to sit back at home and watch others decide our future.

This is the time to step up, speak up and participate fully in the coming election.
Mobilise your friends, Engage your communities, take your PVC seriously, Get involved. Be part of the conversations and, most importantly, be part of the process that determines the Nigeria we will inherit.

I have had the privilege of working with great leaders, and one thing I have learned is that true leadership does not retire from responsibility. Even at an advanced age, many of these leaders remain on the frontlines, working long hours and sacrificing sleepless nights because they understand that Nigeria must be preserved and built.

So, what is our excuse as young people?

We must rise to the occasion.
But participation alone is not enough. We must also build competence, character, capacity and courage. Nigeria needs a generation of young people who are prepared, not just to complain about the system, but to understand it, challenge it and ultimately take responsibility for transforming it.

The NDC is building a platform where Nigerians can participate, contribute and take ownership of the future.
Youth must not be spectators in the Nigerian project.

The time is now.

COME OUT. GET INVOLVED. MOBILISE. BUILD COMPETENCE. TAKE YOUR PLACE. by @itz_elcapitan

Yesterday marked a defining moment in my journey of service to our nation.

I had the distinct privilege of meeting with Peter Obi, during which I pledged my unwavering support and loyalty to the vision of building a new Nigeria, a nation founded on integrity, competence, accountability, and sustainable development.

For years, I have believed that true leadership is measured not by promises, but by the lives it transforms. My passion has always been to create opportunities that empower people, strengthen communities, and leave a lasting legacy for future generations. These are values that deeply resonate with the leadership principles Mr. Peter Obi continues to champion.

Our conversation centered on practical solutions for community development, particularly in the critical sectors of education and sports. We shared ideas on how investing in our youth today will shape a more prosperous, united, and globally competitive Nigeria tomorrow.

Leaving that meeting, I was filled with conviction. It reminded me that the dream of a better Nigeria is not beyond our reach. It is possible when visionary leadership is matched with committed citizens who are willing to serve, sacrifice, and stand for what is right! @drmopaul @obidientsyouths @ndc_.ng @youngbossj1 @okmovement @rotaryinternational by @itz_elcapitan

The Acce10x team successfully facilitated the Grow, Connect, Thrive program at the American Corner Manzini, connecting young professionals in Eswatini with practical knowledge about the global remote work economy and international career opportunities.

Participants explored remote career pathways in Customer Support, Virtual Assistance, Sales, Graphic Design, Data, Technology, Digital Marketing, AI & Automation, and Project/Operations Support.

The program focused on helping participants to:
• Identify a remote career path
• Turn their skills into services for the global market
• Build stronger CVs and LinkedIn profiles
• Find legitimate remote opportunities and avoid scams
• Prepare for international virtual interviews
• Use AI responsibly for productivity and career development
• Create a practical 30-day action plan

One of the key messages from the program was:

“You should be selling your skills to an employer not buying a job from an employer.”

We were especially proud to have Mbali Mahlalela, an Acce10x Connect Academy alumna, contribute to the program and give back to her community.

Learn. Apply. Give Back.

Our sincere appreciation goes to American Corner Manzini, all the participants, Mbali Mahlalela, and the entire Acce10x team for making this initiative possible.

Grow, Connect, Thrive is more than a training program. It is a starting point for young professionals to understand that your location does not have to limit your opportunity.

🌱 GROW your skills.
🌍 CONNECT to the world.
🚀 THRIVE beyond your location.

In the spirit of partnership and collaboration with the Obidient Movement, I paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Moses Paul to discuss possible ways of advocating for greater community support and development across Ikpoba-Okha Constituency.

As a committed advocate for good governance, I have taken it upon myself to actively campaign for His Excellency, Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the NDC. I firmly believe that Nigeria deserves leadership built on competence, accountability, transparency, and service to the people.

I am determined to take the message of good governance, unity, and responsible leadership to every ward and community within our constituency. Together, we can inspire positive change and build a brighter future for our people.

The movement for a better Nigeria starts with each of us. Let us remain committed to the cause of progress and nation-building.

After 4 days of being locked in, today I stand close to nature… meditating on how far I have come.

The struggles.
The failures.
The mantle.
The victories.
The silent battles nobody saw.
The wins that came after countless moments of pressure and persistence.

Life has taught me that in battle, one must master the art of remaining calm. True strength is not always loud. Sometimes it is the ability to stay focused while everything around you shakes. #fyp #edmundomoaruna #meditation ting taken in Johannesburg, South Africa by @itz_elcapitan

There’s a song that reminds us of a painful truth… 🎶
“Usizi” — sorrow, struggle, silent tears.

Some children sleep hungry.
Some dream… but don’t have the chance to learn.

And the truth is —
💔 the future of a child should never be decided by poverty.

We believe something different.

✨ The future of our children depends on:
• Education
• Social well-being
• Creativity
• Opportunity

And that’s why we are committed to something bigger than us…

📚 By September 2026, we are bringing to life
the first-ever community school in Utesi — a place where dreams will be nurtured, not neglected.

Because every child deserves a chance.
Because “Usizi” should not be their story.

🤝 Join us. Support the vision. Be part of the change.

We are not just building a community…
We are shaping a livable world.

Connecting people with ideas, resources, and environments that stimulate real change.
Raising followers into leaders, and leaders into agents of change.

Through Edu-tech, Health-tech, Agro-tech, and Fin-tech programs, we are creating opportunities, building solutions, and shaping a prosperous and more livable world for the next generation.

This is bigger than us.
This is about the future.
This is about impact.

Join the movement. Shape the future. Shape a livable world.

The Supreme Leaders of Utesi Community paid an inspection visit to the Utesi Community Primary and Secondary School on 5th March 2026 to assess the ongoing construction of the four-block toilet facilities and the mini football stadium project currently being implemented by Acce10x.

During the visit, the elders commended and recommended Acce10x for the quality of work and commitment shown toward improving education infrastructure and youth development within the community.

On 6th March 2026, officials from the Edo State Ministry of Education also visited the project site to conduct an inspection of the ongoing developments. The ministry expressed satisfaction with the progress of work and reaffirmed its commitment to partnering with the community to support the development of the school and ensure that children in Utesi return to school and learn in a better environment.

These projects are part of the broader vision of the Utesi Community Project 2035 Charter, which prioritizes education, healthcare, and infrastructure as key pillars for sustainable development in the community.

Utesi Community continues to demonstrate that community-driven development can transform lives and create opportunities for future generations.

Acce10x has officially commenced the construction of a four-room modern toilet facility and a mini football stadium in Utesi Community, Edo State.

This initiative is fully aligned with the Utesi Community Project 2035 Charter, which prioritizes education, healthcare, and infrastructure as the core pillars for sustainable development.

The sanitation facility is designed to improve hygiene standards and create a safer learning environment. The mini football stadium will provide a structured platform for nurturing young talents and promoting physical fitness.

These projects represent more than physical structures; they symbolize a renewed vision for Utesi Community.
