What is FILOW?

FILOW is a Tracy Anderson–inspired class that combines low-impact movement with full-body sculpting and continuous 8-count choreography. From arm sculpt and lower-body activation to our signature floor flow and core finisher, every class is designed to leave you feeling stronger.

a little week in activewear 🤍

one of my favorite things about this journey is getting to experience both sides of the room. i love teaching classes and helping others move, grow, and feel stronger, but i also love stepping into someone else’s class and being a student again.

there’s something special about being reminded that no matter how much you teach, there’s always something new to learn. every class, every coach, and every workout helps me grow—not only as an instructor, but as a person.

forever grateful for the opportunity to lead, learn, and grow alongside this incredible community. so thankful for FIX and for all of our fixers who make every early morning, afternoon and sweaty workout so worth it. 🤍✨

love my fixers.

Meet the official FIXERS.✨
Before FIX even opens its doors, these girls have been behind the scenes putting in the work for you.

Early mornings, late nights, repeating sequences, learning the details, encouraging each other, and pushing themselves through every class type we’ll offer…Sculpt, Barre, Flow, and the FIX Method. They’ve been training hard to make sure that when you walk into FIX, you feel something special from the very first class.

Every cue, every transition, every moment in class has been practiced with intention. Not just to teach a workout, but to create the experience we want every Fixer to feel.

The energy.
The challenge.
The community.

Seeing them grow through this training process has been so special to watch. The dedication they’ve shown and the excitement they have to finally meet all of you is something we’re so grateful for.

They are now officially FIX Certified, and more than anything, they’re just so excited to move with you.

To sweat with you.
To push you.
To celebrate every little win with you.

We truly couldn’t imagine FIX without them, and we feel so lucky to have such an incredible group of women leading this community.

Brownsville, your FIXERS are ready.

And we promise…
FIX is closer than you think.❤️‍🔥
