The Brandon Veterans’ Post and Park Association, Inc. proudly stands with breast cancer survivors, those currently fighting, families supporting their loved ones, and the precious lives we remember.

This month, we encourage our veterans, families, and Greater Brandon community to make awareness, education, early detection, and support a priority.

💗 Early detection saves lives.
💗 Know your body and recognize changes.
💗 Keep recommended screenings and mammograms.
💗 Encourage the women you love to prioritize their health.
💗 Support those walking through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.

To every survivor — we celebrate your strength.
To every fighter — we stand with you.
To every caregiver and family member — your support matters.
To every life remembered — your legacy remains with us.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude, pride, and praise!🙏🏾🙌🏾💕

My beautiful daughter, Morgann Evette, has officially made the 2026–2027 NBA Atlanta Hawks Dance Team! 🏀❤️🖤

This isn’t just another accomplishment…this is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream.

One year ago, she made one of the hardest decisions of her life. She packed up everything she knew in Tampa, Florida, and relocated to Atlanta because she believed God was calling her to something greater. She knew that if she wanted to become an NBA dancer, she had to be willing to make the sacrifice, put herself in the right environment, and trust God’s timing.
➡️ It wasn’t easy
There were long days of training, countless rehearsals, disappointments, sacrifices, blood, sweat, tears, and moments when most people would have given up. But not my daughter.

She remained faithful.💯
She stayed consistent. 💯
She continued to sharpen her gift.💃🏽🎭🧑🏾‍🩰🧠
She gave God the glory through every opportunity and every obstacle. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

This was her third Atlanta Hawks audition, and every step of the journey prepared her for this moment. In 2025, she earned a place with the Skyhawks Southside Crew, and instead of becoming comfortable, she kept working. She kept believing. She kept showing up. 😊

And today…God said, “Now is your time.” ✨

Baby girl, I hope you always remember that your success wasn’t built overnight. It was built through perseverance, unwavering faith, resilience, and an unshakable belief in the dream God placed in your heart. 🥰

I could not be more proud to call you my daughter. You inspire me more than you’ll ever know. 💗

Congratulations, Atlanta Hawks Dancer, Morgann Evette! ❤️🏀

Your Mommy has always known you were a superstar…now the world gets to see it too. 💖

Week 1 at Chandeliers Transformation Youth Mentoring Summer Camp is a wrap! Pouring into our youth, showing them how to transform themselves into leaders, and helping them grow in their own way.
