As we count down to Internationals, I’m so excited to introduce the incredible women who will be competing for the title of International United Miss this July! 👑🩵

Next up… TENNESSEE!

Hi everyone! My name is Shae Klamert, your International United Miss Tennessee 🧡
✨ I am 21 years old, going into my final, full year of college where I am majoring in Elementary Education. There, I am a sideline/competitive cheerleader and part of the school’s SAAC. #swordsup⚔️
✨ I am a part-time babysitter! In my free time, I enjoy baking cookies, embracing my crafting skills, and finding a good romcom!
✨ I created Made for M.O.R.E. to be a place where your struggle and circumstances are not shamed but accepted with the grace that you are not alone. It is not just mental health awareness, but advocacy, education and providing available resources. We are maximizing the opportunity in reaching everyone, and so far, have collected and donated almost 10,000 items over the last year to free shelters and community organizations across Middle Tennessee.🦋
✨ I learned about IUM 2 years ago, from watching Carley win the International United Ms title! It was after that, I was interested in competing, and with some guidance, I was at the TN state pageant the next year and placing 1st runner up. I went on to compete for NUM as Volunteer State, placing in the top 10! My week at internationals was nothing short of amazing. Getting to make so many new friends, connections, and memories- I knew I had to give state another try, just to come back to those girls again! It is the authentic sisterhood, where you are celebrated for just being you that keeps me going. This reign has truly made a tremendous impact on my life, just as much as I hope to continue to do for others. And that’s my why 🩵

Eeeek!! Hello everyone!! My name is Shae Klamert and I am your 2025-2026 IUM Miss Tennessee! Wow, what an absolute blessing and honor to have this opportunity to serve my home state. I have big shoes to fill and hope I can do it well, @missmadisonhunt congratulations on an outstanding reign!

Of course I need to get my thank you’s.

To my family, fiancé, and friends, I did it! I’ve reached one of my biggest goals! I truly could not have done this without your support. I thought I was retiring early, but they saw I wasn’t finished and still had a passion to serve and lead in pageantry. They never once doubted me, even when I doubted myself, and always remind me to just be myself. They are my rock through it all, and I love them so much.

Krisan and Holly, I am so overjoyed to be back with this incredible organization you’ve built. And to Carley, our amazing director and role model… words cannot describe how excited I am to have you over us and to guide us through this year.

My favorite day of the season… Miss Mid-South BBQ Festival! 👑

As many of you know, last year I took on leading with pageant with Alysha to support our middle school cheer program, that I was once part of. This year was our second year and we already have plans to amp it up for 2027! I’m so excited for our 8 new queens to represent at the festival, Christmas parade, and wherever their hearts take them!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to make this day run! It takes a village, and we couldn’t do it without you! I love getting to be on this side of the pageant world and reminding girls that they are already winners by stepping on stage 🍂🤍

Life Update ✨

I’m going to be real, it’s been a little chaotic since internationals… as soon as I returned to TN, I was in Nashville for my last college cheer camp- which brought me into August! The last three weeks have been lots of working, babysitting, and a little bit of baking, to prepare me for my final full year of college!

Yesterday, I moved into my dorm for the last time 😆 I couldn’t help but give my @iumtnal crown and sash the spotlight as a reminder of how far I’ve come, and where I’m still going 🩵

Fun fact… that cute name plate on the wall was part of my farewell gift from NUM Volunteer State. So, this room is full of little things that remind me of my pageant family 👑

Traveling back to Tennessee, I leave with many new friends, memories, and lessons to take from this week.

Walking into internationals, I put a lot of pressure on myself to do exactly what I practiced… and well, that didn’t go really to plan. I got in my head after tripping over myself (I’ve been known to be a bit clumsy lol) in fun fashion and let it drag into forgetting my personal intro, and I was honestly disappointed with myself.

However, when I walked off stage after personal intro, I was embraced by the BEST group of girls. Reminding me that I am human, mistakes happen, and no matter what, that I finished stronger than I started. Which was then my motto for the rest of the week. So, thank you, to the IUM Miss Class of ‘25-‘26 for your love and kindness. That’s the IUM difference.

While I am not bringing home a top placement to Tennessee, I am so honored to have represented my home state and the Made for MORE cause. Growth isn’t shown overnight, so my journey with IUM isn’t over… it’s just the beginning! Just need to plan a wedding first!

Thank you, Tennessee, and everyone who supported me along the way. I hope this reminds you that your mistakes don’t define the success you’ve already made. I’ll be home soon! 🩵

I have had the best week getting to know Juliette. From the moment we said hello, I knew she was destined for something big. She is genuinely such a kind soul, cheered for every girl on and off stage, and taught us a few things about the UK along the way. Way to make HISTORY sister, your southern american girl is so proud of you and everything you have achieved this week. You earned and deserve this!! They truly picked a gem for a queen! I know you will have the reign of a lifetime. Now come spend a few extra days in Tennessee when you’re here to explore Nashville 🥳🩵

Optional Awards Show! ✨

This year, I walked home with 2nd Runner Up in Academic Achievement. For those who know me, school is my top priority… and after a tough first half of college, I’m happy to say I accomplished Deans List status this year, while balancing cheer and other extra curricular. It makes me thrilled that IUM celebrates our achievements on and off stage! 📚

Evening Gown competition is complete!

All required competitions are officially completed… now we await to see who the new @internationalunitedmiss royalty will be! I’m so proud of all the Miss contestants and our hard work put in all week.

My goal for this week was to show growth, no matter how big or small. My take away… to finish stronger than you started. Now time to eat!! See you at awards! 🤩

Queen’s Gala 👑

Last night we celebrated the International and National queens! What an incredible impact they have made. Getting to know them during internationals last year was just so inspiring with how much they love what they are doing. They have some pretty big shoes to fill! 🩵
