POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Not every runner has been running their whole life.

I'm a cardiac ICU nurse, balancing shift work, lifting, and life while chasing a goal that scares me:

🏃‍♂️ Sub-1:45 Half Marathon.

I'm not an elite athlete. I'm just someone who's committed to getting 1% better every day.

This page is about the journey—the workouts, the setbacks, the lessons, and hopefully crossing that finish line stronger than I started.

If you're chasing a goal of your own, let's do it together.

See you at the start line 🏁
