Well-planned structures. Untapped architectural potential.

Many Summerlin residences offer strong foundations, yet were delivered with standard detailing and limited architectural depth.

We have developed a focused collection of design services tailored specifically to homes within this community, ranging from targeted architectural refinement to comprehensive renovation and interior curation.

Our approach is grounded in proportion, material integrity, and understated luxury; creating interiors that feel composed, elevated, and enduring.

We are currently accepting a limited number of Summerlin projects for the upcoming season.

Inquiry form in bio or a private overview of our Summerlin design services is available upon request at inquire@pimellinteriors.com

Picture it: Las Vegas early 2000s builder basic = Five random sized niches where you can only hope of fitting an 80” TV in one of them and a tiny off-centered fireplace with ugly tiles: gone forever… “before” pic left in the past.
Welcome to your new cozy living space!

@idsnational Conference Las Vegas 2026 ✨🎰🎲

What a spectacular time we had in my city, Las Vegas, with some of the best interior designers and industry partners in the country. I am so proud of being a member of the Interior Design Society and honored to be serving in the executive leadership on our National Board.

Thank you to the board, committees and especially our amazing staff for working so hard to create such a wonderful conference for all of our members. Also congratulations to all of the DOTY Award winners and special recognitions of the evening… shout out to our chapter @idslasvegas for taking home the Membership Excellence Award 2026, this being the fourth year in a row receiving a Chapter Award. 🥇🏆 Truly the absolute #1 highlight of my year!

Our 2027 conference planning started way before we even got to Las Vegas, so this is a tiny bit of an idea of everyone’s hard work and effort in pulling off a successful conference ❤️

See you all in Boston | IDS National Conference 2027 ✈️

A resolved interior isn’t about any one selection. It’s about the relationship between them.

Scale, proportion, contrast, material and lighting all influence how a space is experienced. When those elements are considered together, a room begins to feel intentional rather than simply assembled.

This is at the heart of Architectural Refinement™️, looking beyond individual selections to consider the space as a whole. It’s not necessarily about adding more, but understanding what needs to be emphasized, quieted or better connected.

Because the most successful interiors aren’t defined by a single moment. They’re defined by how every decision relates to the next.

The issue wasn’t the elements… it was the lack of hierarchy.

By redefining the wall as a single architectural composition, the space finally resolves.

Material palette exploration.

Layered greens, warm metals, and natural textures come together to study contrast, depth, and balance. Each selection plays a role in shaping a cohesive interior, where materiality becomes the foundation of the design.

At Pimell Interiors, these early compositions inform the direction of the entire space.

Material, texture, and atmosphere.

What begins as a detail -stone, light, and layered textiles- ultimately shapes the experience of the entire room. Thoughtful material choices and restrained color allow the space to feel warm, calm, and quietly elevated.

Bedrooms should feel effortless, but that simplicity is always carefully considered through material selection and architectural balance.

Architectural refinement often begins with millwork.

Carefully considered proportions, shadow lines, and material continuity allow built-ins to feel integrated into the architecture rather than added as decoration.

In many newer homes across Summerlin, thoughtful millwork can transform otherwise builder-grade spaces into something far more intentional.
