This marks Kazakhstan’s first Winter Olympic gold medal since the 1994 Winter Olympics, where Vladimir Smirnov captured the men’s 50km cross-country skiing title, a full decade before Mikhail Shaidorov was born.Congratulations @mikhail_shaidorov!!!
