Brazil I miss you 😞 📷: @gabrielgessley 🏠: @raveinrio_ Special shout out to @djkaiolima @visao.vdg #brazil #learningtolovemyself #dji #favela by @iversonmitchell
Graduated from the #1 public university for my son with a B.A in sociology and a double minor in African American Studies & Mathematics. UCLA was rough ngl but God took me through it to keep learning and excelling me for what is to come towards for the future. I made a lot of mistakes, lost a lot of money, and even stressed myself for unnecessary situations but it was worth the experience to say I am adding towards the positive statistics and breaking the chains of stereotypes that were placed upon Black men not being able to receive a degree despite my challenges and place within society and my upbringing. Thank you to my friends, mentors, leaders, the organizations that supported me and apart of, and most importantly my family for making this happen for me. Having a degree at 22 years old is crazy. Being Black with a degree at 22 years old is even more crazy. Being black with a degree from the #1 public university in the nation is…………. P.S. that’s my nephew not my son 💀😂 #ucla #graduation #uclaalumni #collage #collegelife #graduacion #graduated #bruins #graduationpictures #fy #fypシ #viralpost #viral #sociology #math #mathmemes by @iversonmitchell
