Been Awhile EP is out today! Had a blast making this and we hope everyone enjoys it. Here’s some behind the scenes pics and voice memos of the songs coming to life - who thinks we need a cinematic version of “Miracle”? Folk version of “Minivan”?? 👀 Anyway more music to come - listen and share! So grateful for my friends and brother who helped bring this to life!! (tagged below)

Waiting for a Facebook marketplace buyer and remembered this old song @nathan_aw and I worked on for @iveryband - it definitely means more now that we are older and have experienced different things with friends and relationships - who wants to hear this one on the next IVERY drop?? #songwriting #musician #acousticguitar #producer #indiemusic by @iveryband

New song out there today with Ivery - super proud of @nathan_aw for driving the writing/concept of this one. It’s a song about experiences my brother and sister-in-law had with a houseless guy in their neighborhood - he slept on the bench (actual bench in the photo) outside their apartment - to be honest - we struggled with it sounding “privilegey” but decided that’s what art does - it represents thoughts and feelings we have in a meaningful way to help people process experiences. You can hear the full story on @iveryband page. Please find a local ministry/organization that helps people in need this holiday season and give what you can either in money, presence or both. We can all create little pockets of goodness wherever we have agency.
Thanks for listening - share with your friends 🫶

I have a hard time even posting this. It feels weird to release a song about me struggling with someone else’s struggles. I guess I still feel guilty and wanted to be honest about it. Hopefully we can do better together.

The voice memo v. The real take! (Swipe!) Little behind the scenes for ya! This is the voice memo I sent to Nathan in a parking lot on the way to a meeting for work - we knew it needed a bridge and I was writing it in my head as I drove, pulled over, hit record and it basically exactly how we ended up recording it! It’s my favorite moment in the song and glad to have some family/friends who made this jam in my mind happen in reality! @nathan_aw @jakewalker27 @austinjames____ @laurenjames____ by @iveryband

NEW SONG DEC.29th!
Do you ever feel like you are Will Ferrell in Zoolander and you're taking crazy pills? Yeah? Well, this song is kinda about that.

Listen, stream, share - all the good stuff. Links to things in the bio.
