There’s always gonna be something!! A reason to say yes and to say no. A reason to stay or go. I don’t mean to rhyme, but it’s true. Every moment is different, being present and honest with yourself, you’ll never make the wrong decision. This weekend was another reason to reach out and reconnect. And at times needing to leave or take up my own space. I support anyone making the best and most authentic choices for themselves. In love. In life. In joy and happiness as well as places of defeat and sadness. Always. by @iveymonroe

Saturday you said goodbye to us and were welcomed by Bama and Daddy-O who LOVED YOU. This summer, and year, has been filled with so much heartbreak for our family. But dammit if we really did get to go everywhere. I can’t wait to put a scrapbook together like we used to make when I was younger. I don’t know why it was your time to go. But I know you’re watching over every single one of us like you did in life.

Our crowned jewel. Everyone’s cheerleader. The one supporting us through it all. Every phone call. Late night. Family trips. Movie nights. My neighbor. My friend. My great and wonderful aunt. You made everyone’s lives better. I’m so sorry it happened this way. We love you so much. by @iveymonroe

Love your lymph
as much as this kitty loves
@iveymonroe 💕 🫂 😍

Manual lymphatic circulation is an OBSESSION of mine. I absolutely am do fascinated by the biochemistry of our amazing detox system. If you have ever wanted to experience a super effective lymphatic practice, I am your girl.

I was train in traditional MLD and frankly… the protocols were not progressive enough. It required high demand of continuous sessions and slow results. My technique speaks for itself and you will come out of sesh understanding your lymph way better too. by @iveymonroe

What brought you the most joy this week?

17 more nights at home in SRB until I hit the ground running for an amazing end of summer and start to fall at events and visiting friends.

I’m most excited to get to see my team in person and meet my best friend’s precious baby Miles earth side. Lots of fun and cuddles and laughs and late nights wandering around ahead with many of the beautiful beings I’m blessed with.

This summer so far has brought me joy, sunshine, support, rest and LOVE. I’m amazed at how far I’ve come in the last year and I couldn’t have done it without the most important pieces of my heart showing up when I needed them most.

THANK YOU. I LOVE YOU.
