Ser inmigrante en los Estados Unidos es un reto.

No kings to me, means the people have the power. We The People. 👑

We can choose to destroy or to build. To unite or divide. I choose peace, freedom, justice, and will advocate for human rights until the day I die... Regardless of the common denominator.

And if conviction and unwavering values lead to my targeting, persecution, and maybe even my own death sentence, I will be proud of my legacy. I have focused on making this Earth a better place than it was before my existence. As human beings, we should each redirect our energy and efforts there.

I would also say, to quote Canserbero: "Se llama Venezuela donde nació este tipo y tú no puedes maldecirme porque yo ya estoy maldito". 🇻🇪

I push back because I am all too familiar with fascism, systemic oppression, homophobia, and abuse. There are very few hateful things you can say or do to me that I haven't experienced already. I am Venezuelan and I am the American Dream. 🇺🇸
