I’m Kayla Barango, Nurse Practitioner and owner of IVita Wellness + Aesthetics. It’s hard to believe I’ve had the privilege of growing this business for almost 5 years now! What started as a vision has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of, and I couldn’t have done it without the amazing team I’ve been so fortunate to build along the way.

She manages my chaotic life, keeps me organized, fixes my hair, takes the pictures, helps keep the clinic organized, checks in on our clients, and somehow keeps everything moving while making it all look seamless. 😂🤍

What started as a passion for nursing became something bigger than I ever imagined. 🤍

Every long shift, every lesson, every patient, every risk, and every season of growth helped shape the provider and business owner I am today.

IVita was built from the ground up—with hard work, sacrifice, faith, and a vision to create a space where wellness, aesthetics, and patient care could come together.

Looking back at where my nursing career began and seeing what IVita has grown into is incredibly surreal. Almost 5 years later, I’m so grateful for every client who has trusted me, every team member who has believed in the vision, and every challenge that pushed me to keep growing.
