✨ Turn your world upside down ✨

Join me Saturday, November 7 from 1 to 3:30 PM @northrayyoga on La Brea for an beginner inversion workshop.

I know this video doesn’t look beginner friendly, but I promise the workshop is! Together we’ll work toward headstand, forearm stand, and handstand, all beginner-friendly inversions that we’ll build step by step using props and targeted drills.

Whether you want to refine what you already know or you’re still figuring out how to get your hips over your head, this is for you. All are welcome. 🤍🤸🏽

DM me for more info or see link in my bio to sign up.
