Five years with my girl as of like 1 month ago. We moved in together. I'm learning how to fold fitted sheets. When I come home everyday she is literally standing in my way with arms open. I never know when my cheeks will be bombarded with kisses. I must deal with being treated as a human fence post if I myself am leaning.

You make me feel seen. 5 years have flown by and I got lost in all my albums tonight just looking at you. @ivybel by @ivybel

Flicking through pics from Raja Ampat last year & thinking about the fact i used 5 weeks of leave on this trip before finding out i had a wedding to go to in the US 😆 Ya girl is just scraping through. Lucky i have THE best boss (Hi Steve 👋🏻😅).

It feels like another world swimming in the darkness through the scuba diver's bubbles. It's the same feeling I get when im at a gig, when i close my eyes, floating, surrounded & encased in the music. Grateful to @jeremylamx for bringing his camera below the surface to capture some of the magic 🙏🏼

NTS: On this trip i hit my diving PB & became obsessed with making bubble rings taken in Raja Ampat by @ivybel

I have a note saved on my phone of the moment i realised i loved you. I wrote it down because i want to keep that memory forever. The 2 of us, in the kitchen, eating chocolate and peanut butter. What a life. Thank you for the joy xx

Shownight at @justpolefitness ❤️‍🔥 I was so scared to do this routine that I picked up an extra dance class in case I decided to bail on this one 🫣 but I'm so glad we stuck it out.

Ballerina has been my favourite move since i learnt it, but all the splitty moves had me NERVOUS. Right hamstring & right shoulder have been injured for a while so I did a cheeky left shoulder mount into left lightning 😅 and in the process I think i did the deepest left split I've ever done! 😊 Also learnt how to headroll while climbing a pole this term, took 7(?) years but we got there haha.

I was that kid in school who did not know how to dance. I was quiet, embarrassed and super shy. Pole and this community have done so much for my confidence that i can't imagine what i'd be like without it. Grateful for everything you've built @cheyenne_poledancer 💕

Huge kudos & thank you to @priscilla.pole too. What a pleasure it was to dance with you. I've said this so many times, but I'm so amazed by how far you've come in such a short period of time. You freaking killed it at shownight.

Went to Indonesia in 2022 but missed out on diving cause i had an incident with a surfboard & my head on day 2 😅 Headed back this feb with the same crew (sans head injury) & it BLEW ME AWAY. Raja Ampat got the good goods.
