WHAT I CALL HOME is out today. Here’s our lyric video. ✨ To me, the song is about something painful you can see coming. It’s still miles away, but you know eventually it will be on your doorstep. 🌪️ We recorded this song with @dantonsupple at our home studio near Hamburg. Old transistor organs and a dubby Fender bass gave it the warm, slightly dusty foundation we were looking for. From our upcoming EP SPHINX, out November 13. Love, Cate & Micha 🤍 by @ivyflindt
Last year, while we were in New York to play @newcolossusfestival, we filmed whatever caught our eye. Strolling through the city, we kept looking up at all those towers. They seemed to carry the whole idea of success. 💔 Higher, bigger, more. Down on the street, the dogs couldn’t care less. Amid all the noise, we saw that girl at a crossing disappearing into the world inside her headphones. 🥹 🚀 We like to think that music can open a little door out of all the striving and into a place of your own. Back home, the fragments began to belong together as we shaped them into a story. 🫶 This is our video for I LIKE THE WEATHER. Filmed in New York and pieced together at home. 🤍 #ivyflindt #ilikethweather #arthousepop by @ivyflindt

#Alpha&Omega #arpschnitgerfestival #podiumsdiskussion by @ivyflindt
It started with a photograph. Yesterday, it became a space full of people and music. 🤍 ✨We played an intimate acoustic set, stripped down, at the SPC Photo Awards at @barlachhallek — in the same exhibition as Micha’s photograph for our upcoming single “You Could Have Called Me”, selected for the Top 50 by the BFF jury. 🫶Thank you @swissphotoclubde, @derbff, @christophsiegert, Ina Strohbücker @ina.und.fotos and the Barlach Halle K team for welcoming us with such warmth. 🥰 And thank you to everyone who came, listened and spent the afternoon with us! You Could Have Called Me“. Oktober 🎤 15:00 Uhr Pop-up-Show IVY FLINDT 🏆 15:30 Uhr Preisverleihung SPC Photo Awards 📍 Barlach Halle K, Hamburg · Eintritt frei Die neue EP „SPHINX“ erscheint am 13. November. 💿 #IvyFlindt #BFF #SwissPhotoClub BFFAufschlag by @ivyflindt

3 - 2 - 1 - Meins. New York oder L.A.? Mittwoch 28.10.27 22 Uhr NDR Nachtclub NDR Blue Danach in der Mediathek 📸 @ivyflindt by @ivyflindt
