I'd say I don't have words for this last month, but y'all know I can't shut up. My first full length tour and my first tour as an FOH is in the books having worked for @inferi_official and @organectomy in support of @defeated_sanity_official 's headline tour.

First and most importantly, a thank you again to @big_twiz_bass for trusting me with your gear, trusting me with both roles as FOH for @enterpriseearth prior and @inferi_official , your education and advice, your wisdom from your career, your patience on certain days, and the encouragement. You truly gave me the keys to open the doors to the life I have sought for so long.

Secondly, to the entire @inferi_official camp for bringing me out, trusting me, taking care of me, providing me with incredibly good hangs, insights, wisdom, and making memories I will cherish eternally. Some nights/rooms/systems genuinely put my skills to the test to keep such an intricate band balanced and clear and I certainly came out that much better even while still on this tour.

Thirdly, to the @organectomy camp for trusting me to work with you after travelling so far across the planet and being genuinely such polite and kind people. Every night after Week 1 was an FX-throw party.

Thanks to @defeated_sanity_official for spearheading such a fun tour and all the encouragement/additional audio talks from your camp, to @excrescence.bdm @scasm.nj @horrific_visions for opening up the package and providing awesome sets.

I feel very blessed that I got to spend a whole week with my best friend @biggdaddysav after thinking Id just get to see them for the one Houston date of the Cryptopsy tour.

I saw so many friends in so many places. I MET so many friends in so many places for the first time in person. I worked with folks I admire. I had a hot head and a temper some days, and I gotta work on that (and socializing more with my tourmates). I forged bonds I really cherish both within the tour and outside of it within this window of time.

For the first time, in a really long time, I am truly, truly happy, intrinsically. I finally got my shot, and I had the best fucking time. I cannot wait for my next.

Love you all. 💚 by @ivyjaynelance

Btw, @enterpriseearth was the first band ever that I shot the drumcam for back in 2021 in Crowbar, Tampa when @brandonzackeydrums was playing with them. Love seeing the evolution of the band and how @aronplaysdrums is crushing it behind the kit with the guys!
Again, thanks to Enterprise Earth for letting me shoot their set and @ivyjaynelance for the sick sound!

Holy shit, what a time.

Ripped my first tour FOH gig, and in rooms massive compared to what I've ever worked before.

Crazy how quickly things have gone in just the one year I've been committed to doing live sound after hiding so long in the studio.

I went from deer-in-headlights to semi-confidence, and once I got passed the first day, I felt the most normal Ive ever felt in my life. No brainer that this is what Im supposed to be doing.

Thank you so much to @enterpriseearth for trusting me and letting me rip the faders. Thank you to @big_twiz_bass for letting me use the rig. Thank you to everyone in @nekrogoblikonofficial and @ha_na_bie_ camps that were so inviting, and reassuring, and supportive of what was initially really, really scary. Thank you so much for all the kind words and affirmations of the mix.

Hanging out for a few days in L.A. while I build a scene for @organectomy and then head out to rip a month with @inferi_official and them behind the console again. by @ivyjaynelance

Our debut album "The Day Our Gods Abandoned Us" is available for pre order now, link in bio. Limited to 300 copies.

It's been 2 weeks since it was released, and the reception you guys have given us has been overwhelming and humbling to say the least. We were initially worried this wouldn't have the appeal to everyone that "Memoirs" had, as we kinda felt pigeonholed by it honestly. So to see that everyone digs this album is amazing to us, because we think this is undoubtedly the best thing we've written as musicians. 2 weeks in and we have almost 20k streams, which is phenomenal to see.

It's still crazy to see us on the same label that our favorite bands are on (next to Heartscarved??? Crazy work) and for Matt Tribunal to give us a chance like this means everything to 6 random guys who sent him an email one day out of the blue.

Things are looking wild for us right now. Thank you to anyone who cares about us and picks up a copy. We are really excited to announce this drop. Stay tuned for more

Well. My first tour as an FOH is here, coming up real, real soon.

It is with profound excitement, humility, gratitude, and perhaps a balancing weight of reverant pressure, that I announce I will be running sound for both @inferi_official and @organectomy for a full month long tour.

Preceding this, I will be subbing for @big_twiz_bass behind the board on the last 2 dates of @enterpriseearth 's tour with Hanabie and Nekrogoblikon: 2 shows at The Belasco in Los Angeles, my birthplace that I haven't seen since Aron and I were in highschool, damn near 15 years, or half my life ago. I will be flying out a few days early to shadow in San Francisco and San Diego before being graciously given the reins of the rig for 2 shows, one of which is sold out.

I am so, so grateful to be given the opportunity, and spend time on the road with friends again. I am so, so grateful to Adam to being trusted with the rig.

Always surreal to hold something you worked on in your hands, but a specific, very important bucketlist item was to own a vinyl record of something I worked on. No less, in a beautiful green color scheme.

Met and watched the folks for the first time and jam these songs live last night. A surreal experience, and such exceptionally kind people.

For the thousandth time, thank you @mirrorcell.tv @natedeily @caleb_is_not_here_ @benjaminmcguiness for trusting me to help tighten things up into final-record status before heading off to @jdolese_ .

They also have these sick VHS's that Nate makes containing music videos and other content. Extremely unique and cool. by @ivyjaynelance
