Here is my 100% natural #weightlossjourney 🕊️☀️🙌🏽🙏🏽 losing 110+ lbs has been nothing short of difficult . Self love journey is not for the faint of heart - Losing weight was more than letting go of being comfortable - for me it is more mental everyday . It’s more of letting go of what doesn’t serve my peace anymore - it also included many tests of faith and obstacles and losing what I thought would stay with me forever- and letting go of what was hurting me so much ! I lost people , I lost love , lost my happiness , lost my home , lost my self respect, I lost opportunities, I lost myself- and I was so burnt out trying to please everyone still . Just wanted to be loved so bad. So I would eat to feel better. To this day I find myself still trying to please folk that do not reciprocate- and in recognizing that - I’m letting that go too! I didn’t think I would come to this day - but as a student of life - I’m grateful to say I’m still on this journey of learning about loving myself.. everyday .. in every way in any weight in any shape ! I’m no master and no teacher - and I’m still taking one day at a time step by step ! I’m not perfect - just human - and I still have so far to go ✅☀️🕊️. No one is going to give you good health but yourself . No one is going to be loyal to you- only yourself . And if you stay consistent and honest with yourself , you set a higher bar for how you allow others to enter your space . Peace of Mind is priceless and that’s what counts the most . Today I am vegan , celibate , no alcohol 🍷, and walking a different distance . And I know I’m not alone - there’s so many of you on this journey too .
