it’s been a doozy 95°+ here in NY the last few days — & while we LOVE the sunshine☀️ we could def use a teeny-tiny break in the heat index 🥵

until then, we’re prepping for a wedding this Saturday & revisiting spring galleries while dreaming of poppy season and those cooler Spring months🌷

✨ we’re O N E

hi lovelies, it’s me, sar — here to wish my lil’ babe IVY OAKS a very happy first *official* birthday!!

AND to say thank YOU 🤍 thank you to all of you who have shown your love + support over the past year — for the likes, comments, shares, bookings, encouraging messages and more! not one act went unnoticed. not one word was taken lightly.

running a small business is hard.
running a small business can get lonely.
situations come up unexpectedly that force a pivot.
comments are made that are discouraging.
creative ruts are inevitable.

BUT through it all i’ve had YOU cheering me on from the sidelines, reminding me of why i do what i do!

you’ve welcomed me to be a part of your most special of days! allowed me to celebrate alongside you as you’ve welcomed new life, started new chapters, said goodbye & “i do” — i consider each invitation a privilege!! thank you really doesn’t begin to scratch the surface, but i hope my appreciation is evident! ivy oaks wouldn’t exist without you!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY IVY OAKS!!
what an amazing year of discovering ourselves and striving each day to grow and be better than the last!

i’m excited + expectant for all that year two has to offer!

cheers to lots of love, lots of pretty flowers & LOTS of opportunities to say yes to creativity + new opportunities!

y’all are truly the BEST!! 💫

a moment for our bride and her ladies 🧡

if you’ve been following ivy oaks for a minute you’ve probably realized one of our signature blooms is anthurium!! we love it. i love it. the internet loves it. so when @melissastav2 came to me with her vision for her bridesmaids, i was ALL in!! the dresses and each stem complimented each other effortlessly — truly a match made in heaven!!!
