At our Directors Summit in February, a statistic that stood out to Dylan Thorne, Clinic Director in West Philly, was this:“Less than 1% of workers’ comp patients who have been out of work for 2+ years return to full duty.”And then there’s Cortney McGowan.A Lower Merion Police Officer who was seriously injured in a work-related incident nearly 3 years ago, Cortney’s journey included multiple surgeries, intensive physical therapy, and work conditioning. Through it all, she showed incredible perseverance—and refused to be defined by statistics.This week, we celebrated a milestone moment as she graduated from care and returned to full duty work.As her primary PT, Dylan had the privilege of witnessing that journey firsthand—a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. 🇺🇸 Our Scottsville team definitely understood the assignment. 😂🦅🦆This Fourth of July, they showed up in style for the Scottsville Parade with a giant patriotic duck riding on top of their float, an inflatable bald eagle roaming the streets, and enough Team Ivy spirit to make Uncle Sam proud.Most importantly, it was a chance to celebrate alongside the community we're honored to serve every day.
