Who says Thanksgiving turkey has to come as a whole bird? 👀🦃

Meet **Coconut Smothered Turkey Wings** 🥥🤎 Tender, flavourful, and smothered in a rich coconut sauce, they’re an easy crowd-pleaser for anyone looking to switch up the traditional Thanksgiving menu without making things complicated.

A little less traditional, a whole lot of delicious. 🤎

Would you give these turkey wings a spot on your Thanksgiving table?

FULL RECIPE HERE

1. Season turkey wings with your choice of herbs and seasoning and store in the refrigerator for a minimum of four hours, preferably overnight
2. Brown, the turkey wings in batches making sure to get colouring on all sides
3. Stirfry some diced onions, peppers, carrots, garlic, ginger, and any aromatic vegetables of your choice
4. Return the brown turkey wings to the pot
5. Season to your liking with salt all purpose seasoning, and bullion cubes
6. Add coconut cream or coconut milk, and beef stock until all the turkey wings are submerged
7. Add rosemary, thyme, and bay leaves
8. Add 2-3 whole scotch bonnets for aroma
9. Reduced to a simmer for 20 to 30 minutes
10. Make a cornstarch slurry and add to the turkey to thicken
11. Raise the heat to a rolling bubble and allow to cook for five minutes
12. Serve over white rice, mashed potatoes, pasta, or any carb of your choice
