A new kind of golf club. ⛳️ Muni redefines the indoor golf experience, balancing industrial heritage with refined hospitality. Set within the historic Nordelec building, the space unfolds in layers—textured oak, deep green carpeting, and structured lighting shaping an atmosphere both immersive and social. The simulator lounges serve as intimate retreats, where plush banquettes and wavy-patterned carpets echo the sport’s landscapes, blending tradition with modernity. . At the center of Minnibar, the omakase-style pizza counter is conceived as the heart of the restaurant. Natural white oak and tan velvet stools set it apart from the surrounding concrete, blackened wood and stainless steel, creating a warmer focal point directly in front of the open kitchen. Its long, continuous format turns the counter into a shared spatial anchor within the room. Minnibar, Montreal. The locker rooms at Kopa extend the project’s bold colour-blocking into a more immersive environment. Deep burgundy carries across the ceramic tile, millwork, lockers and ceiling, creating a continuous tonal field punctuated by stainless steel details and softly glowing mirrors. Located near the waterfront in Laval, Fauna transforms a standalone 1970s bank into a specialized veterinary clinic for exotic animals. The project embraces the building’s brutalist architecture through monumental plaster volumes, exposed concrete, warm walnut and diffused light, creating a precise and calming setting for veterinary care.
