Yin Yoga has been one of the most incredibly powerful practices of my life to journey deep inside the Soma or the living body, the Living energy system of Meridians, fascia, all the emotions and holding patterns that make up this beautiful body Temple. I share Yin yoga practice before every ceremony and so many people say that the Yin practice was equally as powerful as the ceremony.

The medicine of slowing down, deep listening, allowing rather than pushing, and giving space to explore sensation and emotion is not something we give ourselves often in this overly yang world.

This Yin Yoga training is like no other. We will be weaving feminine arts of ritual into the experience, working with Water, fire, flowers, chants, music, prayers, spells and power spots on the land.

It will be deeply rejuvenating as well as educational. You will receive a 50 hour Yin Yoga Training Certification with Yoga Alliance.

You will be able to add Yin Yoga to your teachings or simply deepen your own practice. You will also learn a Thai Massage Sequence.

And the incredible creatures like this blue river shrimp.

The lapas or Scarlett macaws mate for life. We have a few couples that live on the land and migrate to the ocean every day to eat these almendras. This was taken at on of our favorite beaches just 15 minutes away.

One of our favorite beach spots.

What if the reason you have a hard time following through with the things you intend to do has nothing to do with your integrity, but is because of the unconscious operating system you’re running on?

Most of us are living an operating system that has us limiting our authenticity so that we can be safe.

These operating systems developed from zero to seven years old, through the experiences we had.

We learned how we need to be in order to be accepted, loved, and to belong, and we molded ourselves to fit in.

So how do we come back to the essence of who we truly are, and what we are here to do?

We first need to become aware of these beliefs and programs, and shift them through subconscious and somatic reprogramming so the operating system of the subconscious mind that controls 95% of our lives is in alignment with our truth and the body and nervous system feels safe with the new frequencies.

And it’s so much more simple than we think.

What did you learn you needed to do or be in order to be loved? How and where is that holding you back in your life ?

In Sovereign Creatrix, we’ll have 6 weeks of online rituals to dive deep into the programs holding us back and clearing them from the root. We’ll access our ability to create through pleasure with juicy ritual embodiment practices and support each other to rise as the most authentic, radiant and alive creatrixes to bring through what life is beckoning from us. It’s time!

What if the reason we keep repeating the same experiences in life has nothing to do with us not “getting it right”, but is because of the operating system we are running on? Curious to hear which ones sound like the voices in your head? And which ones you dream to embody?

Working with subconscious and somatic reprogramming is the most powerful process I’ve found in my 20+ years of walking “the path” and, what I’ve seen actually help integrate transformation in working with thousands of people in sessions and retreats around the world. Excited to share more!

Sacred Leadership Immersion with @benki.piyako this October 🔥♥️🌱

It is a profound honor to host such a master teacher and world leader at @yacumamaecovillage

He is a globally recognized political and spiritual leader of the Asháninka people. He has lead a movement of reforestation and community development. Since the 1990s, Benki has collaborated with various organizations to restore degraded areas.

His work has inspired individuals and groups to strengthen their communities and build projects to protect the environment as a whole.

He will be accompanied by his family and we feel it is an auspicious time for the gift of their presence on this land while we are focusing intently on community and permaculture.

You are invited to a profound journey of knowing one’s self on a deeper level through sacred ceremony, ancestral wisdom traditions, embodiment and self enquiry practices. 🪶

This immersion is an opportunity to connect to nature and the stillness within.

From that place of stillness, new forms of leadership can emerge in a world desperately needing it.

We look forward to welcoming you.

August 12 🌑full solar eclipse in Leo, a potent portal calling us to unite in ritual. Visible from the land of fire and ice, we gather at the @icelandeclipse. I’m honored to be co-creating ceremonies in the @iunify Unify Ceremonial Garden curated by beloveds @patrickkronfli and @isis_indriya .

Honoring and praying with the waters is my deepest devotion. I’ll be part of a collective of women holding a water ceremony and activation…bringing the sacred waters I’ve collected from sacred springs around the world carrying the memory, wisdom and frequencies of these lands.

I’ll also be part of a choir of women holding sonic frequencies for the ceremony leading up to the eclipse - a potent moment where we may have the opportunity to see the northern lights and a meteor shower leading up to @porangui ceremonial set!

@aware.musica will open the portal on the first night - receiving their transmission live is beyond words.

Would love to see you there - you can use my discount Yacumama300 code for tix.

VIP tix are sold out on website but comment below and I’ll share a special discount link for VIP tix. #icelandeclipsefestival #eclipseceremony #unify by @ixchel.munay
