Day 274

Hi again. After 273 days of finding different artists to listen to, I'm at the end of my rope. Don't get me wrong, this is a great thing to do if you're stuck listening to all the same music every day, but it gets to a point where finding the motivation to turn on the speaker is hard. Anyway, I'd like to dedicate Q3 to my late father, who's record collection got me through July and most of August. Honorable mention this quarter is Million Mile Reflections by The Charlie Daniels Band.

As always, please send recommendations, I am quickly going insane.
See you in 2027. Breakaway-Kelly Clarkson, Speak For Yourself-Imogen Heap, Stratosphere-Duster, The Mollusk-Ween, Anything In Return-Toro y Moi, Invasion of Your Privacy-Ratt, Vulgar Display of Power-Pantera, Cheat Codes-Danger Mouse/Black Thought, Self Control-Laura Branigan by @ixi_default_ixi

Day 182
... And welcome back to everybody's favorite show, Music Review! The only show where you can get the opinions of an uninformed white guy on your favorite albums. This, of course, is the Q2 2026 review. Certainly a lot of interesting albums this quarter, with an extra focus into hip hop and rap music. Listening to music like this has really opened my eyes to what's possible in the genre and why people talk about it like they do. I can say I understand why Biggie is in the GOAT conversation after listening to his album. Our honorable mention this quarter is 'I Wish My Brother George Was Here' by Del the Funky Homosapien.

As always, recommendations are welcome and honestly needed, I'm running out of ideas. Still no country though. In The Court of The Crimson King - King Crimson
Doppelganger - The Fall of Troy
Illmatic- Nas
Life After Death - The Notorious B.I.G
The Documentary - The Game
Unreal Unearth - Hozier
Give Up - The Postal Service
Care For Me - Saba
Kuruption - Kurrupt by @ixi_default_ixi

The 1% live in their ivory towers while the 99% suffer and fight each other over manufactured issues. Forget about the minor conflicts and focus on what matters. Class war now, kill all billionaires.
