And just like that… reception mode activated. 🥂

New look. Married. And officially ready to enjoy the party.

One thing we love making room for in the timeline? A moment for our couples to actually enjoy the looks they planned for.💜

We know Iyere slayed, but Josue wasn’t about to be left behind. 😮‍💨

Fresh cut. Suit on. Camera ready.

Even on a full wedding-day timeline, we made sure Josue got his moment too.

That’s why we intentionally make room for moments like this. When we’re managing the production, vendors and timing, our couples get to focus on what matters — being in the moment.

Because the photos, the videos and the memories aren’t just for the bride.

Future grooms, take the photos. Get the video. Enjoy your moment too. 🥂

Meet The Bride and Her Tribe 🤍✨

Picking your bridesmaids is basically building your dream team. 🥰

You need the responsible one, the fun one, the one keeping the group chat alive… and of course, the one who needs a little supervision. 😂

But beyond the unofficial job titles, choose the girls who will genuinely show up for you and make this season FUN. 🤎

Have you ever had a bride decorate her own wedding? Well, ours did, and it was epic. 🤎

When Iyere told us she wanted to design and decorate her own wedding, we knew it would be a challenge, but it was one we were excited to take on. She had a clear vision, and our role was to help make it possible.

From finding the right venue and vendors to site visits, timelines, setup logistics and planning the room flip, we worked alongside Iyere to bring all the moving pieces together.

For 120 guests at Liberty Grand in downtown Toronto, the same space went from a romantic ceremony filled with florals and velvet details to a candlelit reception framed by layered arches and florals, all during an epic cocktail hour flip.

And when those doors opened? The guests’ reactions said it all. 🥹

The best part was watching Iyere enjoy everything she had envisioned. 🤎

And trust us, there’s so much more from this wedding to come. Follow along. 🥂

The final portraits before the wedding day. 🤍

Iyere + Josue walked into the studio and gave us Old Hollywood glamour, then switched into all black and gave us pure ease. But what stayed with me was the laughter between frames, the quiet moments, and the way they naturally lean into each other when the camera is no longer the focus.

I approached their engagement session the same way I approach a wedding: knowing when to shape the photograph and when to simply pay attention.

Tomorrow, they say “I do,” and we get to tell the next part of their story.
