if you try this, be warned - my shoulder feels like i’ve been shot 🙂🕺🏼 still sm fun trying different things, especially when it’s on a beam 🥰🌟💐

one of my goals this year was to get a set of unassisted dips (seems easy but i have severe pain in my sternum so can never train the skill, let alone do it consistently😖) but yesterday !! not only did i do a set unassisted !! i did 3 sets !! 😭🌟🫶🏽🤠🥳 maybe this will be my cali year 🤓

had to make this into a reel cos watching it just made me so happy - supportive friends like these don’t grow on trees !! 🫵🏽 @mylesmartinpt 🌟

found a new fun skill to get good at 🤠

if i can get my mobility / flexibility / compression to improve this year i wanna do this without my feet touching the floor AT ALL … the way @mana_yoga does it (makes it look too easy) 😮‍💨🌟🎰🫶🏽
