After playing a beautiful gig at @doobopbar with the amazing @samichoux_ and @contraband.bne Shillamet, the esteemed HR middleman, had a revelation.

They realised that through all the corporate meddling and government espionage, that the thing that truly mattered was the music and the people that have been brought together to share it.

It seemed cliche but the thought permeated their mind in a way that felt like the thought of a [REDACTED], it was a thought that resonated so deeply because it truly was the reason why they put on the costume.

Shillamet thought back to a point in the early days of the HR Shill growth project, where they spent their formative years learning the art of the Shill and had a similar revelation about the price of wanting to share art with the world.

The smokescreen was the price of admission, in a game that they didn’t choose to play. One in which they learnt to love the details that not a single HR bigwig gave a single care about.

These revelatory moments in their life were akin to the story of the rising of the Phoenix, they had been born anew.

As is the opportunity to perform for yall, so many thanks from the TandCs team!

Thank you so much @_kits_pix_ and @harry_makesthings and @plenelope_r for the awesome photos/videos from the gig!

Yearning from Afar

I’ve found within my life that music has been my greatest avenue for self expression. My pain, my love, my hate, my fear. All of it bleeds from the music.

So here’s another album of me venting :b

Yes this is the album cover. No I’m not sure when I’m gonna put it out but it’ll be this year.

Life is crazy. P.S I hope yall enjoy when it comes out :) by @izekegi
