First.. hope you like to dope edit.. these are the ones I really like making even though I know it’ll get maybe 300 views and people will skip before the DROP…

Lindsey’s idea:

Reverse ladder:
5-4-3-2-1 (we did 5-4-3 and were cooked .. plus bugs.. so we stopped)

50 burpees
500M ski/row
50 lunges
500M ski/row
50 wall balls

40…30…etc.

DONE.

The breeder said “Red Lab” but I truly believe there is some MaliGator in there somewhere.

I’ve definitely got multiple personalities.. 2000s rap and hip hop, some new stuff, country, and dubstep/trap music when I need a little extra hype in a workout.

I also love singing in the car 😂

Who else jams out in the car and doesn’t care who is watching??
