See you in the Bay!❤️💙🐎
I am so excited and incredibly blessed to announce that I will be furthering my academic career while playing Division 1 softball at Saint Mary’s College of California!! None of this would’ve been possible without God, He placed this dream in my heart the moment I picked up a softball and has guided me every step of the way. All Glory to Him!

Before anything, I would like to thank my family, especially my parents for sacrificing everything and more to get me to where I am today. I’d also like to thank my coaches- Steve and Megan Langenfeld, Coach Potter, Coach Joe McIrvin, Jason Ward, Gilbert Castro, Myra Huerta, Hugo Castillo, Coach Greg Hernandez, and many more. Thank you for believing in me before I knew how to believe in myself. Thank you to my friends and teammates for lifting me up when I’ve needed it the most!

Throughout my life, I’ve had to sacrifice a lot because of softball, missing out on experiences that most people my age got to enjoy. At the time, I often wished I could trade places and experience the things I felt I was missing. But looking back now, I realize that every sacrifice, every tear, and every long night has shaped me into who I am today. Not just as a player, but, most importantly, as a person. When I was younger, I never fully realized how far hard work could truly take me. Now that my dream is my reality, I can finally say with my entire heart that, with hard work and unwavering faith in His plan, you can achieve anything you put your mind to.

Thank you to the entire SMC coaching staff- Coach G, Coach Jel, Coach Moody, and more for giving me the most amazing opportunity and answering my greatest prayer. This journey has included the greatest highs and lows of my entire life, but overall unbelievably rewarding. All of the sacrifices I’ve had to make along my journey have brought me to this moment, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Go Gaels!❤️💙🐎
