My family drove out to Santa Fe this weekend to be with my Chile when he died. Anyone who met him knows that he was a bright, crass, incredible force, and I feel his absence in the world so heavily.
My Cita died six years ago and I miss her deeply. They both poured so much love and art and music and beauty into me from the minute I was born. I feel so lucky to be one of their grandchildren and inherit some small part of their lives. Santa Fe will never be the same without them ❤️‍🔥🌶️🐦‍⬛ by @izzy.searcy
