This dance means the world to me.

Why you may ask? Well, because she is my teacher and my bachata goddess. I know she is super kind and humble but yet it took me 4 days to ask her for a dance cuz I was so nervous…tho I really wish I would have asked her sooner cuz wow she is obviously amazing! She is sooooo easy to lead, just a soft touch with the fingertips was enough, craaaaazy good follower! I was mesmerized by her styling and isolations, it is just wow!

Also, thank you @rithikapoojary23 for all that you have thought me and supported me during the training! I will always be grateful to you and for what you have thought me, your words really had a deep impact on me❤️

Beginner me would feel proud - I owed her this dance! ✨

Daniel was one of the first international bachata artist I ever took a class from as a beginner. He was and still is a huge inspiration and has a big impact on my dance journey! I did not dare to ask him for a dance back then as a beginner, but I dared to ask this time…at least after a while…I needed a self pep talk hehe! Tho, I felt a bit bad almost for asking him for a dance, he looked very tired and so busy with all the followers throwing themselves at him (it was a bit intimidating with all the followers being so hesitant to grab him…being an artist can’t be an easy job at times) but he was so polite towards me and the other followers, he gave everyone his best no matter our diffrent levels- hard working man, let me tell ya! He was fantastic at adapting and of course super amazing to dance with! Lovely man - I feel so grateful for that experience!

Thank you @bachaturo_festival for an incredible festival and for inviting this wonderful dancer to your festival - core memories for me!

Also guys, a tip, if you ever feel low on confidence and courage, remember you once were a beginner and imagine how proud and impressed your beginner self would be would be if they saw you now! It usually helps me!

He makes me confident…

I don’t even know how to begin explaining the feeling and experience of dancing with @cornelr2090! He and Rithika was one of the first couples I ever saw dance bachata and I never in my wildest imagination would believe I ever would get to meet him in person and even less so to dance with him and becoming his student, to be a part of the ConRi fam. He is truly a person I adore and look up to in so many ways! He has helped me so much to gain confidence in my dance. I will always be grateful for @cornelrithika_official because they believed in me and saw my potential and made me feel seen - that truly meant the world to me!

First time I danced with cornel I was shaking and I think I blacked out 90% of that dance. That is a big part of why I wanted to have a dance video to this song cuz he made me more confident in myself not because I’m feeling like the best dancer but because of him I now truly believe that through hard work I can improve and become the dancer, teacher and person I want to be!

From a scared shaking bunny to now being able to just enjoy the fun, even tho I’m a ConRi leader not follower, is a big win for me!

Also - shoutout and a big thank you to the supportive ConRi fam, you guys mean so much to to me🤍

And thank you bunny for filming - so grateful to you!!

When the connection gets even stronger…

I feel like me and Mr talent Freddie have had a strong connection from the start but on this event, after we took a bachata Influence masterclass, oooooohhhh boy something felt like it just klicked - I feel like we found a new way of connecting! I feel like bachata influence added a flavour to our dance and made our connection even deeper! I loved every minute of this event! And I LOVED the workshops - especially the bachata influence masterclass with @dani.juvet and @nastia.laisheva - AMAZING teachers- , they really made me feel like I could step out of my comfort zone and challenge myself even more!

Thank you @conexion.sweden for an EPIC event and putting bachata fusion in the spotlight in Sweden!! ❤️

Intoxicating connection…

This was one of those instant connections, as soon as we started dancing it felt like two puzzles pieces that matched perfectly - every move felt soooo smooth!
I did not want the dance to end cuz I was so in the moment

I tried to find a short part I liked more - but I loved the entire video too much so I want the full video here so I can watch it over and over!

Not understanding Spanish is sometimes a blessing when it comes to bachata, but sometimes it feels like a curse, cuz lyrics like this just makes my heart melt!

This leader has it all, softness, clear leading, musicality, body control, presence and connection! I find it funny to see how every time I got nervous and shy during the dance his smile instantly made me calm down and smile as well. It truly shows how much that calming connecting energy and smiles means for your dance partner to feel safe.

Thank you for this dance @aitorbarredo - you are an amazing dancer and super inspiring! Looking forward to dance with you again one day!

And big thank you to @larisaaah pushing me out of my comfortzone and helping me overcome my shy/ nervous feeling to ask him for a dance! You kindness and support this festival meant so much to me❤️
