Officially a certified Mat Pilates instructor!!

A lotttt of hours, training, practice and hard work have gone into this one. I wanted to make sure I chose a course that challenged me and gave me the knowledge to become the best instructor I can be.

A huge thank you to @the_pilatesprogramme for all the training, support and guidance throughout and also to all the amazing instructors whose classes I’ve taken over the past couple of months I’ve definitely taken little bits of inspiration from each of you and it’s helped shape the kind of instructor I have become 🫶🏼

Very excited to see where this takes me😊

Keep an eye out to find out where I’ll be teaching…can’t wait to see you in class! by @izzywalker.pilates

Being ready isn’t a feeling, it’s a decision.
You don’t have to feel 100% ready to start you just have to start. One session, one practice, one step at a time. #pilates #pilatesjourney #consistency by @izzywalker.pilates

A little something I’ve been working on behind the scenes… 🤍
Dance will always be a huge part of my life, and I’m still very much pursuing performing, training and teaching.

Alongside that, I’ve been working towards something new that feels like a really natural extension of my love for movement.

I’ve created this space to document the journey, share a little more of what I’m working on and, eventually, give you a glimpse into where it’s all leading… 👀
