Customer came back wanting to switch from Door & Trim paint to Cabinet Coat for a kitchen project. They were looking for better coverage, so we helped them make the change. 🪣 #PaintStorePOV #SteinPaint #CabinetCoat #KitchenProject by @izzzyaaron
Customer came in wanting to see our ready-mix floor paint options. Sometimes people just want to see what's available before deciding what to use. 👍 #PaintStorePOV #SteinPaint #FloorPaint #MiamiContractors by @izzzyaaron
One of my favorite parts of working at a paint store is watching colors come together. 🎨 Tinting Benjamin Moore Regal Exterior Flat for a customer. #PaintStorePOV #SteinPaint #ColorMatching #BenjaminMoore by @izzzyaaron
Another kitchen repaint coming through the store. 🎨 Customer ordered Door & Trim Semi-Gloss for the project. A lot of my day is getting orders like this ready and out the door. #PaintStorePOV #RunningABusiness #PaintStore #MiamiBusiness by @izzzyaaron
Customer called me after closing with an emergency on a job site in Broward. He had 6 guys working and ran out of paint. Sometimes running a paint store means making deliveries after hours. 🚚 Service is something my dad has nailed into my brain. It's one, if not the most important thing in business. You can have the best product, but shit service - the customer will move in another direction eventually. by @izzzyaaron
Ultra Spec Interior Flat going out for an office renovation today. 🪣 Commercial jobs can go through a lot of paint. Always good seeing another project getting underway. by @izzzyaaron
Nothing complicated about this one. Customer needed a gallon of Regal Select Exterior Flat W105 and a few supplies for the job. Some days running the store really is just making sure everyone gets what they came for. 🎨 #PaintStorePOV #SteinPaint #BenjaminMoore by @izzzyaaron
A customer needed paint for a door, but Advance was outside the budget. I recommended Coronado Door & Trim in Satin instead. Not every job needs the most expensive option—you just need the right product for the job. 🚪🎨 #PaintStorePOV #SteinPaint by @izzzyaaron
Running Miami’s Oldest Paint Store 🎨🌴 | EP. 18 Not every day running a paint store is spent behind the counter. Today I headed out to Miami Beach for the final inspection at Decoplage Condominium, where we just wrapped up a major painting project. We walked the property, checked the finished work, and pointed out a few areas that needed some final attention before calling it complete. For this project, I specified Crylicote Flat, a coating backed by a 10-year warranty. S/O @coasttocoastgc, the painting contractor for doing an awesome job bringing this project together One of my favorite parts of running Stein Paint is getting to see our materials go from a bucket in the store to a finished building in Miami. 📍 Decoplage Condominium | Miami Beach, FL #SteinPaint #MiamisOldestPaintStore #MiamiBeach #Decoplage #CommercialPainting #CondoRestoration #Crylicote #MiamiContractors by @izzzyaaron
Running Miami’s Oldest Paint Store 🎨🌴 | EP. 17 Started the day matching some fire-retardant paint and knocking out a few other color matches before heading over to Miami Beach for a couple of meetings to look at rusted doors and metalwork at a building. One minute I’m behind the counter matching paint, the next I’m walking through a building trying to figure out how to fix years of rust and corrosion. That’s what I love about running this place. Every day is different, and there’s always something new to learn. #SteinPaint #MiamisOldestPaintStore #RunningAPaintStore #MiamiBusiness #MiamiBeach #FamilyBusiness #FourthGeneration #PaintStore #BehindTheScenes by @izzzyaaron
Running Miami’s Oldest Paint Store 🎨🌴 | EP. 16 Another day keeping Miami colorful. Making customer orders, getting deliveries out the door, and working on a custom limewash sample. 86+ years later, we’re still mixing, matching, delivering, and figuring it out one gallon at a time. 📍 Stein Paint — Miami’s Oldest Paint Store Since 1940. #SteinPaint #MiamisOldestPaintStore #RunningAPaintStore #MiamiBusiness #SmallBusiness #FamilyBusiness #BenjaminMoore #Limewash #PaintStore #Miami by @izzzyaaron
Back at the paint shop, this time with a broken foot. The show must go on…but with some wheels 🛵 #epoxy #epoxyfloors #epoxypaint #miamibusiness #steinpaint by @izzzyaaron
