Every morning BB goes to the bus stop with Arya. 🚍🍬 It's not easy for her as she is 11 years old with declining mobility, but she usually doesn't miss a morning unless it's super cold or raining.

All the kids love her, and the parents too! Even the bus driver Ralph loves BB and brings her a treat every single morning! Bus stop mascot 💘 BB Sweet!

Arya is definitely in her cheer & gymnastics era right now!! 😂🥰🤸‍♀️📣 We've been talking about improving her facials and smiling big etc....well I think it finally sunk in last game 😂🤣 we were thoroughly entertained!!

She is loving cheer more and more! Every Wednesday and Friday night, we're at gymnastics, with tons of practice in between! She's working so hard to master her back walkover, back handspring and front tuck! So proud of her dedication, determination, and all the hard work she's putting in! 🥰 Love watching her challenge herself!

Finishing up fall ball soon. Basketball just started. Oh and the play at school, she will play the role of Lavender in Matilda the musical! 🎭

I can't help but think about her dad. He would 💯 be that obnoxious fan in the stands who never shuts up cheering on his little girl! 🪽🤍 Taking 100 pics, videos and showing her off to all! @jayd412 #tootybear

Closed, finally! ✨🏡

This one was another repeat client, which is always so appreciated! This deal definitely took some of the most patience and persistence yet ⏳ nearly 5 months due to some complications with the seller’s estate and a few other hurdles along the way.

We stayed in constant communication with the agent/wholesaler, remained flexible, worked through each issue as it came up, and were finally able to get this one to the closing table in mid-September! 🙌
